can i use a97 vortec motor in my 95 c1500 2wd

If you use the OBDII computer and wiring harness to run the engine and trans, also the fuel pump would have to be changed as the 95' has an OBD1 and the fuel pump only pushes up to like 18 lbs. The Vortec needs 56 to 63 lbs fuel pressure to run.
