Brakes are still sticking

I changed the caliber, the rotor, and the brake pads and for some reason the passenger side front brake is sticking.  Please help!!

you need to rebuild piston or replace piston, your wheel will get very hot when this happens

    And they are working the fuel pump is pumping up fuel. we have now changed the ECM box. It will start with starting fluid. Not sure what else to check?
