You mean the electronic locks don't work or the mechanical locks have failed?

The right back door does not lock.

Ok lets try it this way... When you press the lock button the door doesn't lovk or unlock, right? Have you tried to lock the door from the inside- the door has a lock mechanism slightly above the door latch.

It does not work electronically or manually.

You would have to go inside of the door to figure out why the manual lock isn't working. Since it doesn't manually lock there's nothing you can do

There's a rod that goes from the manual lock button down to the door latch. It's fallen off. You'll have to remove the door panel to get to it. You really don't want to have the door locked permanently as this can be a safety issue. In a collision you'll want everyone to be able to get out of the car!! HTH. -Jim
