Transmission Fluid

I have a Saturn Ion 2003. I need to change the
transmission fluid. I went to autozone they asked if
cvt or regular, which one does my car take? Also
for filter which one?

CVT - Continuously Variable Transmission (automatic). By regular they probably meant the Getrag F23 5 speed manual transmission. The coupes came with the CVT and the sedans with the 5 speed manual or the Aisin AF23 5 speed automatic transmission.

The automatic is a 4 speed. The CVT is a "5" speed.
