2005 Mazda tribute.

I bought an 05 tribute for 4k last year. Has
over 155k in miles. It is now not wanting to
shift out of and when it does upshift, it kicks
and will not shift until tach is 4500,rpm.
What could be problem?

Possible culprits, are worn engine or transmission mounts, or an internal issue with the transmission. Be it a solenoid or other internal component. Was the transmission fluid changed frequently?
