I think so. Mileage is low for a 22 year old vehicle. Plus it has many new parts. See if the seller can show receipts for the new stuff and try to talk them down some on the price. People usually ask for more than what they actually expect to get. HTH. -Jim

Check for rust in the tailgate as it is very common. For it to be worth $6500 I would think the interior should be in very nice condition as well.
