can i get my door repaired

drivers side door not secure needs wont stay locked and inside panel needs repair. Do I really have to buy another door or can I just get it repaired? don't know trim just know 4x4 v8

The only reason you should have to buy a new door is if the attachment hardware is bent or broken. However, the cost to repair may be more than buying a used door....
