Can the oil pipe coming from the radiator to
transmission be change????? It's leaking oil
can it be patch?????what is that leaking oil
pipeline called????? Because there's 2 of
them, one is leaking/the bottom-1    97-jeep

Transmission cooler lines, can be changed and or repaired. DO IT before it leaks all the transmission fluid and destroys the transmission.

They are called transmission cooler lines, you can cut out the bad section and replace it with transmission cooler hose or replace the entire metal line.
