I have a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee I have replaced 2 fans and 2 modules that make the fan come on. Can you advise please
maybe coolant temp sensor
Ok thank you so much. Where is that located. Sorry a woman in distress
i don't know what motor you have but it will be on the intake or top of motor maybe like in the pic
It's a 6 cylinder inline but I will take a look at it I really appreciate your help
sure thing. if you get one at a parts store they should be able to tell you where it is also it is a coolant fan temp switch it might be in the radiator
Ok thanks much appreciated
was it the switch?
I replaced the switch although I was looking at the plug where you plug the fan in and it looked like the plug was burnt. Not sure if the mechanic did not plug in all the way. Also bought another module and replaced it as well. the fan was not burned out I hope that it fixed it all. I'll let you know after I drive it a few months thanks again for all your help.
good deal glade you got it
