1st off, test the blower unit itself by adding a direct 12 Volts and see if its spins. Is it spins with 12v's connect, you could have a faulty fuse, blower resister of the control switch. This is how you start checking it out.

My a/c heat rear distribution was making a clicking noise and not blowing out air in the front then after so long it finally stopped blowing in the back too. You can hear the air blowing but nothing is coming out. So removed it but now notice that the clicking noise has continued but not as loud as before, does this mean I also need to replace the temp blend door actuator? too, I'm not having problems with hot or cold.
