Nissan Rogue transmission

I have 140,000miles on 2011 Rogue,
with cvt transmission problems due
to overheating, is it still covered
under extended warranty?

That would be a question for your Nissan dealer. But from what I found online, the original manufacturers warranty was 5 years or 60K miles. Due to defects, and a class action the warranty was extended to 10 years or 120K miles. At 140K, you are out of that extended warranty and will have to pay for the transmission replacement yourself.

Can you tell me where you found out about them extending it? I have a 2016 Rogue with 110K and their consumer affairs basically to me to pound sand. I am paying $5,000 for a new one.
