WE HAVE A 2011 FORD FUSION INSTALLED A AFTER MARKET RADIO IN
FALL AND SPRING TIME THE AC WILL BLOW COLD AIR FOR 10 SECONDS
THEN BLOWS HOT AIR????

When you did the electrical work on the radio, you likely blew a fuse or shorted out something in the climate controls or the mode door actuator. Start looking, and get a multi-meter.

It sucks I know. Here's the "fix" Turn the temp know two clicks from the coldest setting. In about twenty seconds it will turn cold. OR before putting the key int the ignition, turn on parking lights and pull the knob to turn on fog lights. This will let you turn the temp knob to full cold. (only works before starting car) There is an update by ford for the control unit, but they will charge. This problem is a computer update, not a mechanical issue.
