There is a power steering fluid reservoir, check your owner's manual for its location. If you lost fluid check around the pump itself, the hoses, or the rack and pinion for wetness or leaks. If it's low, refill it with power steering fluid and keep checking it, if the level drops again you have a leak, and will need to take it in somewhere for service.

The power steering on a 2011 Ford Fusion 4 cylinder does not have power steering fluid/reservoir, it has fuses. You will need a schematic to troubleshoot which fuse(s) have blown.
