why dose my transmision jerk when it changes gears?

it might need to be serviced...meaning a new transmission filter and fluid..or more extensive work or it may just need some transmission fluid

Some transmissions don't respond well to low voltage. Check the battery voltage when running and clean/ tighten the connections. Might not help but it can't hurt.

Honda automatics up until around 2016 were designed different than other brands. It is normal for them to jerk a bit when they upshift.
