Is there anything you can buy to unstop a catalyic converter or would you have to buy another one

If you want to make it free flow, you will have to take it off and pound out the insides. But if you have to pass a smog test, it will fail. If you need to pass the smog test, the best place to find an affordable replacement is Rock Auto. If you live in a state that has no road salt, the best place would be a local junk yard........
