Do I need to change the grommets when taking off the valve cover

I just changed the timing belt on my 97 prizm, When I put the valve cover back on it is
leaking oil.  I know I need to change the gasket, but do I need to change the grommets
too.  There is  not any oil leaking into my spark plug tubes.

Always change all the gaskets and grommets while you have it apart.
