Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi i have a ford bantum 1.3 rocam enjin, i have replaced the
feul pump and the fuel intake line from the feul tank to the
injectors but now when i drive the vehicle jurks and a
strong smell of fuel coming out of the exhaust, the
replacement feul line is a bit bigger than the original, how
can i fix the problem.

Check for a damaged fuel return pipe from the injectors to the fuel tank. If the reurn line is damaged or squashed , this creates extra pressure at the injectors. Check also the fuel pressure regulator. Check the spark plug gaps. Should be 1.00mm Gap.
