CAR TURNS OVER AND STARTS FOR A FEW SECONDS AFTER SPRAYING ENGINE START IN AIR FILTER BUT THEN DIES AGAIN NOT SURE IF FUEL IS GETTING TO ENGINE

Turn the key to accessories and listen for the fuel pump to hum. That'll help you along.

boost is right, if you don't hear the fuel pump, check the relays. if you hear the fuel pump, have the fuel pressure checked to make sure it is within specs.
