car died will not turn over

My friend was driving her car and it just died she pulled over I went to look at it
put a new starter in it alternator was good battery was good will not turn over
good bad fuel pump cause car from turning over

no if it wont turn over at all.you have a ignition problem.or your original alarm needs to be program again.
