Not receiving emails so can open a message

Question type: General

It tried to see a message about a car I was interested in.  Messaged seller.  He
responded.  Said I needed an email confirmation.  Keep trying for 2 days but no
email is sent to me.  I keep checking email and spam.  How do I see the
message the seller sent me???
