changed timing belt but car wont start cranking a little bit and making clicking noise

ford focus clicking noise when trying to start.cranking little bit but not starting.any ideas??

Who changed the belt? Did a pro do it- the right way? Belt changed, won't start- just sounds like it wasn't done right- engine could be out of time- with a very dangerous chance of bending valves- if a professional garage did it, then they should fix it

Dam , I did it myself- thought timing was bang on . Car was not worth spending £600 +. Old car. Thanks.

Hi I’ve got a Ford Focus titanium I have had the drive belt changed and alternator now when u go to press the push start it sounds like it wants to start but it won’t
