Lock over a car in my 2003 Cadillac cts

My dash has a figure of a lock over a car and
the car doesn't run how do I fix this issue
.my girl friend is pregnant and this is the
only transportation we have plz help..

Your in security lock out. try locking then unlocking drivers door with key (not fob) and see if it will start.
