What is the small belt for?

Belt has broken, is that important?

It could run a bunch of diffrent things. A/C pump,P/S pump,Water pump,AIR pump,Altanator. Do you notice anything not working the way it should?

i would say it would either be power steering or ault belt, as water pump is run off the cambelt, and a volvo 360 with ac, sooo rare ;)

how small dose it look like this well that's where the air con belt fits this was taken from under the front of the car the pulley with no belt on it is the one i ment
