Scion’s limited-edition, 2,000-unit run, xB Release Series 7.0 offers several unique features over its more tame brethren, which offer both the same 2.4-liter, 158-hp inline four and option of five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. The RS 7.0, however, gets a four-piece DAMD body kit with front, rear, and side skirts, as well as an optional rear spoiler. Each vehicle is individually numbered and comes exclusively in the Murasaki color – Japanese for purple. TRD has gone to town on the 1-inch lowered suspension, as well as the dual-walled and dual-tipped exhaust that exits through the rear skirt and provides a unique sound over the stock exhaust. A leather-wrapped RAZO GT Formula Spec shift knob is also included and gets the same matching purple highlights as the trim on the cloth black seats, which are special to this trim.
