BMW 325 History

Part of BMW's best-selling 3 Series, the BMW 325 is called the quintessential sports sedan. First produced in 1984, the four-door sedan features a 215 horsepower engine and six speed manual transmission in its later models. The car seats four comfortably, but drivers looking for a bit more room are advised to look at different models.

The 325 is one of the more popular trims in the 3 Series, which garners "cult like devotion" among diehard aficionados. Drivers give the 325 high marks all around, particularly noting the benefits of rear-wheel drive. In a word, the 325 is fun. Prices for new models range from $32,300 to $39,600, depending on trim and options.
