In contrast, the 2022 Chevrolet Suburban adopted Chevrolet's full-size truck design language, giving it a supersized appearance with a tall hood, long proportions, and large wheels. The Suburban's exterior styling varied by trim level, offering customization options. Our RST test vehicle featured a striking Cherry Red Tintcoat exterior, 22-inch wheels, and a monochromatic black grille with Black Ice accents, creating a sporty look. Inside, the Suburban provided a spacious cabin with seating for up to nine occupants, depending on the configuration. The RST model offered Jet Black perforated leather seats with Victory Red stitching and a range of comfort features. However, the predominantly black interior made the cabin feel somewhat dark, despite the chrome sill plates and red seat stitching.

The 2022 Genesis GV70 offered two engine options: a base 2.5-liter turbo-four engine producing 300 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque, and a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 generating 375 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque. Both engines were paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. The GV70 included features like a rear electronic limited-slip differential and launch control, emphasizing its sporty character.
