The transmission really sucks on it so I would not recommend this car for anybody unless it's brand new! It does get really good gas milage though. The engine is really good and it has a huge trunk! Good Luck!Dec 03, 2009

Car stalls
After driving car for 10 to 15 min it will cut off at stoplight . I replaced battery, fuel filter, water pump, radiator and still the same problem.

On my Mercury when I turn the key the fuel pump comes on usually stays on for a minute then the car starts now the fuel pump just stays on and on doesn't turn off and won't start
