Sent an inquiry asking for pictures of the vehicle as none are posted and I live a couple of hours away. Someone responded twice stating they would send pictures, but almost a week later and I have none to see. But they were nice enough during the initial contact.

Very responsive with answers to questions. The person who came with us on the test drive was very polite & knowledgable. On the other hand, the person in charge of used car sales acted put out with us asking more than one question. Overall harmless, though. The car-buying experience was surprisingly fairly quick here.

My experience with this dealership was horrible! The salesman did not take the time to show me any other units, nor willing to negotiate prices. I will never Shop there or send any friends there!

I went to this dealership searching for a used car I found online. I called ahead of time informing I was going to be there to test drive a specific vehicle...I show up, and they could not start the car because the keys were not working. I still went ahead and sat down with the sales guy to discuss the final price of the vehicle, only to be informed the price including fees was almost $2,500 more than the listed price! Of course the sales guy said he was going to reduce it just for me, and that I was getting a "deal". BE CAREFUL OF THE SLEAZY SALES TACTICS used by the people working here. I did not even try the vehicle but after the experience in the dealership I wouldnt be surprised if there was something wrong in the vehicle as well!

dealer responded that car was at dealership. I went to dealership, and a salesman took me out to see the vehicle. It was wrecked-significant front and rear damage. This was never mentioned in the dealer ad, or when inquiring by email. Sutherlin is sleazy and wasted my time, in my opinion.

Experience was good, but I wound up paying $1500 more. Half was tag, I expected. $600+ was. "Dealer Fees", they would not budge on. Car is great and I bought in 30 minutes, under market value.

Insulting, rude, disrespectful, deceptive, arrogant, unprofessional. Raised the online price from 6899 to 7499 in spite as we walked out on them. Price on vehicle was 9111. Shady, devious, underhanded tactics. Will never do business with them and would advise against doing such.

They answered my many questions but in the end they had a FWD SUV and we desperately need a AWD. I never saw the FWD buried in the ads. Also GURU start listing option packages and no every single thing each vehicle has I had to contact them because they never answered the guru email.
