The car sold before I was able to get up to view it, however customer service was excellent.

sold the truck out from under me - yuk I was within 2 miles of the dealership when the dealership called and told me the truck was sold - I had planed on going by there to look at the truck when I received the call. I will not do business with them again!!!

Very pleasant.

I received a prompt response from this dealer after inquiring about the vehicle on CarGurus. I scheduled an appt and upon visiting the dealer they had the vehicle ready for test drive and provided Carfax info. There were no high pressure sale pitches and the vehicle was as advertised. Overall, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

Was told everything looked good could get into a veil at with my down payment get there and was told need more then what I had wasted my time and told them before hand didn’t want my time wasted

Deceitful. Confirmed agreed upon price day prior to driving 30 minutes to dealership. Price was not honored over by $2100 without explanation. Didn’t purchase vehicle.

Was told the car was available. Drove over 2.5 hrs. When I was 1.5 hrs away, called to let Terry (salesman) know. He said it would be pulled up and ready. I pulled in to be informed it had “just sold”. Really?? Had another salesman try to sell me another one on the lot. Wast of my time....

Crazy. Offered full price plus tax and they wanted$ 3,000 more. They are not providing an honest price. Out the door would have been $ 4,500 more than the listed price. Do they not understand that cars are listed on cargurus for comparison?
