fair price and no games. I purchased my truck at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. Their business offices seemed under-staffed for closing purchase which caused slight delay or I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend giving them the opportunity to win your business if you are in the market for a vehicle.

This dealership was amazing and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. They gave me a GREAT deal without me having to haggle them and gave twice the free service than the other dealerships. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase there!!

What they sell is not what they mention in their sites... talked with Actavia, and store mangaer, but later found the model is entirely different, It is almost 45 mins drive in summer, which is totally waste... Will not recommend or go back to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest location. Really bad sales tactics!!!

Made an appointment to test drive the car with Actavia and Glen, she even called us back to confirm the appointment the day of the appointment. We drove over 45 min to get there and waited another 15 min for them to be ready to realize they already sold the car. So disappointed!!! Wasted our time!! Don't make people go there to show them another car they're not interested in the fist place. Will not recommend or go back to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest location. Really bad sales tactics!!!

Great service

Very nice people, nice building. They worked with me on price and response was fast. However, make sure you check every inch of vehicle bc they won't disclose the issues with you. I found 3 items when I got home that affected my experience, and they ended up fixing 1 of them. Then again, I bought a used car, as is. Basically, they need to make money, and my expectation for buying my first car was off a little. Overall, it worked out and would buy there again.
