Inquired Friday, was told that it was sold Saturday. Called Thursday that it had not sold, have all my information they ran my credit (hard inquiry), I had to follow up with them the next day, to be told that it was sold. They recieved my information at 7:45pm, so they were already in the process of selling this vehicle when the ran my credit with no vehicle to sell me. This dealership and salesman should know not to run credit, unless you have keys in hand. No sense of urgency to sell and poor work ethic towards me.

The Sales team was great. Car was really nice. Price was right. Decent value on my trade in. The finance rep wasted an extra half hour of my time trying to sell me a warranty I said I did not want more than once. His attitude soured the rest of time after that. When I took delivery of the vehicle they gave me 1 key. The valet key. No fobs, no master keys. The cost for a master key with fob, just one, was $500. So obviously I took my business elsewhere and purchased that at another dealer, who was far better and they will have my future business, not Hendrick. Hard to believe a 2 year old vehicle they took on a trade, came in with no other keys. Guess that's what I get for not throwing in another $3000 dollars for their unwanted warranty?

Took forever to buy my used vehicle and them They added a charge for oil chamges that I had no desire to purchase without telling me. They also told me my start date of my loa would be different so I jad to chagw ot with the company. Was there for over 5 hours and wasn’t even offered a water. The people were nice bit defiantly sales people I should have gone elsewhere

We had a very good experience with Rick Hendrick Toyota. Ebony was our sales person. She let us test drive two vehicles. She showed us all the intricate details in flattening and removing the seats. She was very enthusiastic about the cars. We.bought a 2017 model with 9,565 miles on it.

Dealership contacted me back right away via email about the car I was interested in. The sales associate, Brian, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me get into this vehicle. I was unable to communicate by phone because of a fussy baby and he had no problem doing everything by email and responded almost immediately to all of them. Wasn’t at all pushy. He was very honest about the vehicle and didn’t try to skate around any questions I asked, he made sure I had all the information I wanted/needed about the car. Luckily I ended up getting the vehicle I wanted and so far i have no complaints.

Overall a good experience for a car purchase. As reported by other reviewers they do try to add in additional fees but you just have to decide before hand how much you want to pay for a vehicle and stick to it. As long as you get the total cost you want it doesn't matter what they call the various charges that go into that total cost.

The internet manager sent back a "Black Friday" price that reflected a $699 price drop, but the salesmen refused to honor it. They kept bringing out numbers that put the $699 right back in...and a $1295 fee for worthless add-on's. They wanted $299 for window tint--but the window tint was a factory job, NOT theirs. A wasted afternoon with a series of mathemagicians that had NO authority to approve a deal anyway. The car was never really for sale at the advertised price. STAY AWAY. The epitome of used car salesmen.

Not good!! I gave them alot of information on my trade pictures Vin number and told them where I needed to be price wise and they said they could get there so I drove there and they didn't even come close to the number discussed ! I could see a 1000.00 but 5000.00 was way to much!

Just awful from the first email. Sales person didn't want to answer my questions. Just kept asking me when I could come in for a test drive. Once I finally got a few answers, I asked if there were any additional fees besides tax, tag and title. He stated there was an additional fee of $1297 added to the price online for some dealer added features like tinted windows and door guards. After reading the website closer, the description stated these items were already included in the price advertised, but the sales person refused to back down that it was an additional fee. I also found a state law that states online pricing must include everything except tax, tag and title and any dealer added options must be included or it is considered deceptive practice that comes with a hefty fine. After pointing this it to the salesperson, he still refused to back down and simply said, come in for a test drive. So we did. Upon arrival the car had a few blemishes and smelled like a smokers car. We decided it wasn't for us and thanked him for his time. He then tried to negotiate with me saying that maybe his finance guy could remove the $1297 to get to the price advertised online. I told him if we decided to negotiate, the starting price would be the online price anyway since otherwise they would be breaking GA law. That's when he asked why we even came to see the car if we weren't going to buy it! At that point I had enough and told him I was very close to reporting him and the dealership to the state for deceptive practice. He then said goodbye to us and walked away. This was our first time dealing with this dealership, and I hope others at this dealership are not like him, but we were not interested in working with such a shady salesperson. Any one that hires people like this is not someone I'm interested in dealing with. We will not be going there again.

My experience was a long two-day process, in the end of that process they still had not did the repairs to the vehicle that needed to be done. I would not recommend them. Honesty and communication goes a long way with me.

Service was superior, I was impressed with the effort and responsiveness put forth by Cranston. He was helpful, courteous and used any form of communication with the same level of professionalism. I was disappointed there wasn't an alternative to the add-on dealership 'upgrades' fee which ultimately prevented my ability/desire to purchase the vehicle. Coupled with the dealer fees, it made the final price rise by approximately 10% which removed any perceived value from the list price.

The vehicle in the ad was not ready. I test drove another car. The Salesman was friendly but each vehicle he showed me had visible flaws, i.e. exterior scratches in the paint and, cracked and peeling interior .

Texted with dealer. They did not have a vehicle matching the description and price listed on CarGurus. Price difference between what was advertised and what they had available was $5k. Vehicle is still listed online, so it could not have been a case of outdated info. Just seemed like a bait and switch.

2 follow-up calls per day for a week after I inquired about a car - by two different individuals at the dealership. I had told them I'd try to stop by to look at the car, but had a busy work and travel schedule that week. They still tried to press me to commit to a date and time to look at the car. Very aggressive behavior, so I won't be in a hurry to transact with them any time soon. Too bad, because I was originally very interested in the vehicle they had advertised.

Horrible. Sales rep was great. Truck I was interested in was put on hold. Had appointment made and confirmed 2 times. My rep calls me to tell me truck was sold by another sales rep even after truck was put on hold.

We did not end up getting the car from here, however they were not the most friendly, and I have received three calls even though I have told them that we are holding off. There was also some additional dealer fees that raised the price of the car above what other dealerships were charging. So, I did not have a bad experience, but it was not the best.

Disappointed in the process they ran. We had a couple of trips out and came in with intent to purchase but while on final test drive they sold it to a third party without alerting us or suggesting a deposit.

They don't have the Tahoe they are advertising. I sent my information through the website and they didn't answer my question. They asked me to call so I did to find out they don't have the Tahoe they have listed.

There was confusion when I went to look at the truck on a Sunday morning. Even though it was listed on CarGurus, the vehicle was still being prepped for sale and we could not find the keys to test drive it. Nonetheless, my sale rep, Luis, was very helpful and did his best to find the keys but he couldn't. He let me look at the truck all I wanted and since it was exactly what I wanted, I made a deposit and agreed to purchase pending final inspection. Luis kept me updated about the preparations. It needed a new windshield and an alignment and should be ready tomorrow.

Wonderful experience - sales rep Alex Davidovici was great. He wasn't just selling me a car. He worked with me and the sales manager to get me in the car I wanted for a really good price... I checked on nada.com and kbb.com before I went, just to have an idea of what the car was worth... Overall, a great experience. I would recommend Alex and Rick Hendrick Totota of Sandy Springs..

one of the worsts sales and customer receiveing i never had before i was told in the email one price and i drove 100 miles then once i visited price was 1500 more .. petty on sales.. i am working for big organization and i will give the same feedback where thousand of my employees will see this feedback

They reached out to me immediately but could not confirm I could come in and see the car listed . The assistants who contacted me (many times) via phone were spacey and disorganized - confirming appointment times I never said I could attend, stating "oh there's no notes here about you", and just presenting a sense that they're a very disorganized, inexperienced team of people who reach out to potential buyers. They weren't rude - just spacey and disorganized which is a big turn at the beginning of the car buying misery.

Drove 1.5 hours to view 2 different cars. Arrived 9am saturday morning both had been sold evening before. No call back from the dealer etc. Not unhappy the cars were sold, first come first served but the fact that we were assured at 7pm the evening before they were both still available and when we arrived they mysteriously were purchased by folks from out of state that had put a deposit on them but had not shown up to see them or drive them. Odd.

Called ahead to make sure the vehicle we wanted to see was available and ready BEFORE we drove 30 miles up the road... Got there and got the run around about it was now not available due to it not passing their safety inspection, they would give no specifics on this and proceeded to try and sell us something more expensive. Went to Shad Mitsubishi and bought the same car (cleaner though) and got treated great! Would never go back to Rick Hendrick Toyota...
