Quentin was both excellent and professional

I now own this vehicle. They let my wife and I drive it without the salesman being with us which I really liked. The only issue we had was the wait to get in financing to sign the paperwork for vehicle.

Decent folks. However they rejected my offer and then dropped the price to my offer 4 days later.

I drove 48 minutes to 100% get this vehicle. I had the insurance policy prepared and when I got there they showed me a completely different car. I showed them the advertisement for this specific car. They looked through paperwork just to tell me the car had been sent to auction. I thought it was highly unprofessional to have me drive that far knowing the car was no longer available.

I thought we were negotiating a deal but was informed that the truck sold before we reached a price. This happens alot with dealers. Overall vfc a decent experience. Sales staff was knowledgeable of vehicle and helpful.

Great experience, my salesman met me at the door , and had the car ready to drive . They were efficient in processing the loan and paperwork.

The salesperson (Godson) was excellent. The paperwork guy (Alex) may want to hurriedly take advantage of customer service training before he causes a major destruction for clients choosing to buy a vehicle with your company.

Dealership sent emails and text. Spoke to them on Saturday and was asked when I wanted to drive the truck....Saturday or Sunday. I chose Sunday. I asked if everything on the truck worked and if the interior was clean with no odors. She said I'll have the service dept check it and have it all cleaned up for you. Within minutes, I got a message saying, sorry but the truck just sold. Will not ever contact this dealership again!

George was great. He took his time with helping me and gave me a good deal. Alex was helpful explaining the extended warranty and registration information. The vehile had been serviced with new tires and was cleaned thoroughly before taking ownership.

Thurston sold me a 2011 Honda. He said that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and he was so sure that he would give us a 30 day warranty. The check engine light came on less that a week later and it turns out that I now need a catalytic converter. That’s a $1K repair. Guess what, now he is not answering our calls. Great. Will never do business with again.

Responded with we don't negotiate online. First page of website "buy your car completely online". Obvious sign of a high pressure dealership that wants you in the dealership to pressure you. I would never do business with this dealership.

I called one afternoon and set up a test drive for that evening (the same day.) I got a call less than two hours later that they had sold the vehicle. He said the the people that were buying it were paying cash. I had a trade in. Proof that cash money talks because they sold it right out from under me.

I'm giving four stars only because of the sales rep. Omar. He was very good spoke Spanish for my wife to answer her questions!!! Your webpage shows the Armada at 26,976, that price went from you pay 26,976 to 32,000. not sure your website says that's how it works, but I am still looking for an Armada. VB

Low advertised price a little bit of “bait and switch”. What they don’t mention is the excessive $799.00 “Doc Fee” they charge that jacks the price up almost a $1,000 after taxes are added in and you finance.

Salesman worked with well his name was Jason. I was fine until he texted me either I can buy the car or he can sell it to someone else. I was just negotiating the best deal for me he then texted me we sell 250 used cars a month and that if I didn’t get it someone else would. I cut off negotiation I don’t know about the entire lot but this particular salesman wasn’t of quality.

What a waste of time. Dealership doc fees around $800 and not posted. Asking a premium price for a car that was a rental. Read the carfax. Be very alert.
