Chris Kosoff was great. We picked a different vehicle after we got there - it's a candy store of trucks. No selling or pressure, just showing and answering questions. We were ready to buy and short on time - Chris and his team got us in and out quickly and pleasantly. Highly recommend Chris.

Was contacted by Tony within minutes of my inquiry on a Lexus. Tony check only to find that the vehicle had been sold. I told him that I was also interested in BMW X5 and Mercedes GLK. Tony contacted me to let me know that he had a Mercedes GLK on the lot and he check on the car gave it a test drive and personal visual inspection and reported back to me. Two days later I visited with Tony and found the vehicle to be exactly like he had described. The management was able to get me a very good interest for financing and I left with the vehicle. Very professional service.

One of their sales people emailed me several times. I had asked a number of questions about the Audi A8 they had for sale but the sales person wouldn't answer my questions, especially one big question about the car's condition? All I got was what seems like a canned response; maybe a form letter? So I passed on their Audi and bought something else.

Do not go to this dealership unless the manager actually gives you the verbiage or proven emailed approval. I drove all the way from Everett to Puyallup becuse Ali said that I was approved over the phone and wasted an hour plus drive and another hour plus in the dealership to tell me that the car that I was approved for I was not really approved for.

I drove two hours to buy a car and was told it had sold the evening before. I specifically asked that someone let me know if it sold so I didn't drive all that way and no one offered me the chance to put a deposit down to hold it. I was also told the car was in Everett when it was really in Puyallup. It's just really shady bad business.

Sent a email asking more about the car. They responded back within 10 mins. Spoke to Julio on the phone and he answered all of my questions and sent me the car fax and got in touch with Chris who I would be meeting at the dealership. Chris was the best once I arrived. Car was just as good as the photos. The dreaded negotiations went really smooth with Scott in finance. Will definitely check stock often for another car.

I first went to one of NWMS's other stores and tried getting a truck, but nothing was moving along. I decided to move my experience to the 300 Valley NE store and it was a great experience. There was no pressure and we were able to move along very smoothly. Brad was very easy to work with and super friendly. Once I moved onto the Finance part, I was paired up with Valerie and she was extremely helpful and explained things very well. I always hear that buying a vehicle is not the most fun, but when dealing with NWMS, I can assure you that they make it very easy for you especially when it's your first time. Thank You!

Not good, I setup an appointment to see the car, however they move it to eastern washington. They had no idea where the car was and we drove around to 3 of there car lots looking for. (1 hour of driving around). I dont think I will be doing business with them, not very organized and professional

Internet ad stated that the vehicle was at a dealer location (very near me). When dealer contacted me I was informed that the vehicle was actually at a different location (approx. 50 miles away). So I was not interested in going that far to look at the vehicle. Internet ad was misleading.

Responsive, informative, fair and helpful.Much better than most dealerships in the metroplex as do they do lot of volume so can keep prices low and not have put spin on info info to confuse customers, bad mouth other dealers or put extreme pressure on customer. After I sent my initial inquiry I received 3 emails, within hours, offering assistance to me. I was unable to respond until the 3rd day after. I gave them the information they ask for and what I was looking for. I never heard another word from them. Very Poor Salesmanship. Will look for another dealer, no matter if "Bone sent me" or not.

Never followed up when they said they would. I was the one that initiated contact three times. Last time we spoke, I was told this car was already sold - even though it continues to be listed online. Will buy a GMC Yukon XL somewhere else that cares about their customers.

Great sales person, clean facility. However, BEWARE of their BUDGET TRUCKS. I test drove one and the steering wheel was SO LOOSE that if I were to quickly turn to avoid something like a child or a deer I would just keep going straight and hurt everyone involved. I'm disappointed that they would allow such an unsafe truck to be test driven.

Sales rep called to seek more information from me. I re-stated the questions I sent in my email asking if the engine block was a #53 block. He said he was unaware of this. I explained I was out of state and looking and questioning these early Dodges. I have not heard back from him. I understand that being out of state may be a slow sale and that he may work on commission only. Thank you.

I didn't like the fact that there's was no communication between the employees the managers and the customer (me). They told me to make a deposit on a car that was supposedly at the Lynnwood location. I really wanted this car so I left work from Seattle to come all the way back to lynnwood during my lunch break and then I get there only to find out that the car wasn't there when I was told it was. The next morning I called about the car they said they already sold it. So it was horrible. If anyone comes here if recommend you ask that the employees be specific about everything.

The first salesman went on his weekend without passing me to anyone else and never responded after that. I called in again and talked to someone else. This Charger has been in an accident and had to be towed away from the scene. I inquired into that more and now I get no responses at all from either salesman. Poor service = no business.

Process took over 6 weeks to complete and finally see car in my driveway , Car was virtually BRAND NEW , and MY salesman PIPER was GREAT through out the entire process, and in the end saved thousands over other dealers and MY daughter loves her 2015 IMPALA .

I went in to the dealership test drove 5 cars when I told the salesman I had to think about my decision he got quite upset, honestly if a salesman is going to get angry he should wait till the customer is not around he was quite unprofessional..( a little side note I heard everything he complained about in the office where they make the decisions).... With that being said I took my car and left he made me feel horrible because I didn't sign right there and then ... I was getting grief from my husband I told him I'd like to come back and he said well your vehicle won't be here either buy today or don't ... I would have came back but not the way he made me feel.

Although they did attempt to contact me, I feel they werent that interested in moving forward. Be it my credit or trouble financing me. I would have liked to know why. They did follow up with wanting to know if i found a Jaguar or still in te market.

Bought a truck from NW Trucks and really appreciate their professionalism and follow through. The salesmen were all very helpful and not too pushy while always being available to answer questions or to take a test drive. They were also very patient with me while I went through my own process of finding, checking out, and negotiating a sale that was right for us. I haven't picked up the truck yet since they agreed to a couple of items on it so I will update with the remainder of our buying experience in a couple of days.

We showed up at our appointed time. We drove up from Portland so it was a really long drive. We were expecting the paperwork to be all done but it was not. Even though there was some confusion in the end everything was completed perfectly and we got the perfect truck at a great price. I do suggest you buy from these guys. they try really hard to get you financed and to get you the perfect truck, they have a truck for everybody at every price point.

While I did not end up buying a car from them nor did I even visit one of their dealerships I did find them to be helpful. They were prompt in returning my emails and calls and while unfortunately the car sold before I had a chance to see it I would recommend them. The next time I go to buy a car I will search their inventory first.

What I would call a no pressure experience. Friendly people. Fair deal. Sidenote- dealers always try to make negotiating a 3rd party warranty part of the finance process with the finance manager who basically says "here's what it costs". I say make the warranty part of the overall negotiation and be sure to specify the term & level of coverage. Walk if the dealer won't "deal" this way.

Ended up buying from this dealer. Went to the dealer to test drive a vehicle I found online. I wanted to drive another vehicle on the lot but they told me they "lost the keys".....I found that hard to believe. Anyways, drove the vehicle I found online and stated the buying process. Our salesman was nice enough and there was very little pressure. It took I guess the normal amout of time to negotiate terms for the tradein and purchase price for our new vehicle. We started at 4 and drove off the lot at 9pm! Appreciate everyone staying late for us but we still had to go back for our vehicle packet the next day and are still missing a key.....not impressed with the key management system they have in place. Overall, we feel we bought our vehicle for a fair price and are happy with it. I would go back to this dealer because of the selection and the willingness to work with us on our tradein value and purchase price.

Salesman (Steve) was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the car. We did not have to do the salesman/finance shuffle as in a dealership. That made it easy to get deal done and out in a reasonable amount of time. The whole experience was an enjoyable one. There was no haggling about the price because it was already below book. The only questionable thing was the $14 that I was charged above the trade in value. Come on guys, $14???? Just a little nit picky thing. I recommend this dealer 100%.

Slick high volume dealer. Immediately makes you feel like the vehicle you are interested in is about to be sold to someone else. Be careful, their detail crew is really good at covering things up, and making things look better than they really are. Salesman knew nothing about the vehicle, just interested in the sale. Internet price was less than the salesman's bottomline price. They do have a lot of trucks to choose from. Finance crew was good to work with.

They were really trying to sell me the truck but there was one thing that I missed about the truck, it had upper engine noise but it clearly stated that about the truck I just missed it. once I told the sales person that would not work for me he under stood and went to work on finding something that would work and I ended up buying a 2001 chevy silverado extra cab 4x4. A lot of truck for 4999.00 it has a few minor things gas gauge does'nt work right but it is accurate from 1/2 tank on and the lumbar seat ajustment does'nt work like it should, but it is alot of truck for the money and I'm happy

Went to the west side for better pricing on diesels . My fault for not contacting someone in person instead of just the internet . Vehicle I wanted (after a 2 hr. search) ended up getting lifted w/out my knowledge . They wanted $6 g more for the lift and tires /wheels ended up finding the truck (minus a couple options) I wanted(luckily) since they had a large inventory .

When they couldn't get a quick show up and buy they pretty much wrote me off saying thanks for calling. Then wanted to know how my experience was. I am used to someone at least trying to get some kind of sale by at least offering alternative vehicles for sale. Maybe they don't care as they sell at a high rate and one loss like my possible sale was no big deal. Not thinking it was a bad experience more like I was a little fish and it was time for them to move on after 3 emails. Still considering going there. But will definitely look elsewhere first.

They seem to add a lot of bells and lifts to the trucks, etc, but that does not make them any better, I wanted to make a deal on a 1996 corvette, but when I got there it had a check engine light on, they took to shop and never came back with it or called me in any way, well there are more out there, I would want to take to my own service man, I don't trust when I couldn't follow the car and I asked for a code read out which he didn't bring back just said o2 sensor, what else might there be.....??????? This car was for sale last year at Art Gamblin in north..... ck the car fax on this one. it not a stock vet...dealer gave me a different story than the car fax I had in my pocket.

The sales associates were very nice and professional. The managers were non-negotiable and unwilling to talk about any other discounts. They need to advise there customers that the price is final instead of leading them on that the price is negotiable. That said I would go back knowing that, Great truck selections and quality.
