Drove 159 miles to look at their 2013 VW jettas tdi ... they were expecting me... got there, no one helped us, a person gave us keys and told us to find the car ourselves that could not be found and it was cold windy and rainy and sales people were standing around BS'ing.... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE!! Will never go back!!

Had the deal all done online. Price set. Based on trade value I was going to sell my car. Set an appt for a test drive, paperwork and set a delivery date. After driving 81 miles 1.5 hrs one way. The salesman was a no show. Another sales lady said she’d call him. I went and looked at my new car. After a few minutes the sales lady came out by the door and stared at me for a bit. Not saying a word. After 15 minutes with nothing said to me I got in my car and left. Sales man got snarky with me via email. Dealership did apologize. Offered to bring car to me. But I drive before I sign. I’ve bought 17 new cars over the last 45 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had attempting to buy a car. I will never set foot in VW of Puyallup again.

it was a very good vehicle at a decent price. slightly above what i think it was worth. they regularly contacted my after my visit and tried their best to get the deal done but unfortunately it didn't happen but still they were very professional about communications.
