Their contact and follow-up were prompt. The vehicle they had advertised was listed as a good or possibly great deal. Unfortunately, we realized the trunk space was more important and ended up selecting a different vehicle. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership were very nice.

Great dealership! Gave us an excellent deal on a pre-owned sorrento, were very honest and got us very low financing. Drove over an hour to shop here and I look forward to doing it again, they made it worth it. Great dealership, great staff, ask for Dave.

overall they were trying to rip me off. they lowballed my offer for the trade in while inflating the cost of the car to sell to me. It was one of the worst experiences buying a car that I have ever had.

contacted the dealer by email. They were not interested in engaging in any price negotiations for the car. Wound up getting a 2012 Honda Accord EX-l for below $18,000 with 23,000 miles. That dealer was willing to work with me on a price. With all the used cars out there and news due to arrive very soon I'm surprised at the "no haggle" sales approach that leaves cars on their lots for months. Oh well.

I recently bought a car, a 2012 Hyundai accent from Eisenhauer Nissan. My experience there was excellent. I live in upstate ny near Syracuse so it was a good drive to get there, but well worth it. I communicated with Dave by phone and told him what I was looking for, and how much I was willing to pay. Dave was willing to work with me on the price and he was very honest and straight forward. He didn't try to haggle me or charge extra for fees that other dealerships will try to push. The whole process was quick and stress free when I got to the dealership. Dave had all the paperwork ready, and the car was clean and ready too. Overall it was a great experience.
