They were so good!! We went in for the Ford but it wasn’t available, nonetheless my husband and I left with a great car. They made sure to find the perfect car for us. Evan was so understanding and patient with my requests, the whole team did a great job in making sure we were happy and felt secure with our new car. Would definitely recommend! So impressed by their service.

Absolutely avoid this dealer. I live an hour and a half away. Upon arriving after confirmation all week that this Jeep was available, I was informed it was not. However they had a '13 Jeep for 13,000. Right. The Jeep I was to purchase had a bad transmission and was not for sale. Then the 'dealer rep' did the evaluation of my car which was a possible trade in. I offered to pay cash for the Jeep if we cold not agree to a 'Payoff' figure. I was approached by another 'Rep' that they cannot do business with me. The 'Autocheck' report notated odometer discrepancies. There was never a problem with my odometer. I contacted my mechanic who was the only one who serviced my car. He said the odometer is perfectly fine to his knowledge. The discrepancy was that I changed lienholders last May. So...I had someone call Kelly Nissan to check if the Jeep in fact had a transmission problem. Nope. It was available sold 'As is' because of an old exhaust system. Thank you Kelly Nissan!

I have spoken to Kathy and another sales staff. Kathy is a has been helpful and trying to meet my need. My first response was in regards to a Murano. I had been informed by Kathy that the Murano had been sold. Due to planning to take a trip Easton, PA. during that time I was grateful that I did not drive five hours away to be disappointed. Since that time I have decided that my interest is in the Rogues only. Kathy informed when more stock would come in. I was encouraged to view their website.

They have cars listed online that they have no interest in selling. I called about a 2010 Subaru Legacy, which was still available. They ran my credit to get me approved for financing. I called back the next day. The first salesman I spoke to said he would call me back. A different salesman called me back and stated that the car I was interested in was a piece of junk that was being sent to the auction. So my time was wasted and my credit was run for nothing.

Contacted me right away to inform me the vehicle was sold. Told me if something came in, she would let me know. A few days later she contacted me with the vehicle I wanted. But, I'd already bought one. Very good customer service!

The process was fairly easy and the staff was friendly. They still pushed the extra tack on items such as warranty which killed an otherwise good deal. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Called to check availability of the vehicle - needed a vehicle for my daughter to use for school. Was told it was available by the sales manager Kathy. Made an appointment to see it. Was greeted and sat for 10-15 minutes. Was told they had others cars in that price range as well. Was finally taken to a salesman at the lot below. Sat another 10 minutes while he went to "pull the file, full disclosure and all". When the salesman came back, he asked me "I assume you love your daughter right?" I said of course. He said "you don't want to buy this car - it needs so serious repairs." I asked what kind of repairs and he stated the transmission is slipping, and its leaking oil. It needs between $2,500.00 and $3,000.00 in repairs. Was told they had other vehicles in that price range he could show me. At that point, I said "I wish Kathy would have told me that when I called to check on its availablilty." I would never have wasted my time coming out here I live in NJ. Was never even shown the car - Biggest Game of "Bait and Switch" if I ever saw one!!! I would stay away!!!!

The dealer was very helpful in providing me with the information necessary to determine if this car would be a good fit for me. I had family coming into town for the weekend and could not travel the 4 1/2 hours each way until Monday. On Friday, I notified them I would arrive on Monday. They stated they would notify me on Saturday if the car sold so that I did not waste my time on Monday. I left at 7 am on Monday and called them at 9 am when they opened to find out they had sold the car and never called me. As stated by the salesperson, the manager was supposed to call me on Saturday and that never happened. So I wasted 4 hours of my time in travel for nothing. On a positive note, I found a comparable car with less mileage and in similar condition elsewhere and purchased it with a positive experience.

spoke to Matt several times by phone and email about what problems the car had. i was told that the only issues were a broken latch for the top,needed new tires and newbrakes& rotors. drove 3 hrs to get there only to find out that the transmission was shot. when it shiffted gears it sounded like someone hit the rear with a sledge hammer and it also slipped gears. i understood this car was sold as is, but i should of been made aware of the transmission issues. this car would of never made it back home. i cant believe they took this car on trade like this. it cost me 60.00 in gas and 8.5 hrs of my time all because matt couldnt tell me about the real issues. when i brought this up they said no big deal that they would take it to the auction and would most likley get more money for it since no one can drive it and it would sell based off looks and mileage. i petty the person at the auction that finds out later.
