have written the dealership. This car was sold; they apparently tried to accomplish a "bait and switch;" these tactics give car decient dealers a bad reputation.

Their advertsing price is deceptive. Once you are there, fees are added to bring up the price. A real bait and hook deal.

They dont deserve any stars. They made it clear during my test drive that the advertised price is to get people in the door. Once there they will begin their warped explanation for why they tack on $3-4000 more than the advertised price. I was fully aware of what I wanted to pay and what that payment would look like monthly. They brought me an offer with a monthly payment $150 more than expected, explaining that my range of payment was for a much cheaper car. Actually it was for the advertised price, not their ballooned offer. After presenting me with the high monthly payment, I was told that it was calculated on an 8-10% interest rate. This was after I told them I had excellent credit. The more I pulled back, the faster they talked. At one point during "negotiations", even though I hadn't agreed to anything, I was told that they needed my credit card to prove that I was serious with my intentions. I refused their crazy notions and soon the manager was brought in. At this point, I was so pissed at the treatment I received that I bounced. A few days later, I received a call and they said they would do ANYTHING for my business, even sell me the car at the advertised price. Unfortunately after their sales pitch, there was no way I could trust them with my money or my information. After all that nonsense, the car wasn't even good quality. I've gone on multiple test drives and this one was the least impressive of them all. If you decided to visit this dealership, understand that you are walking into a false priced situation. They will reason with you regarding all the fees they are charging you and try to make it seem perfectly normal that you should be responsible for them. You should know exactly what you are willing to pay per month, because they will play every trick in their playbook to overcharge you. You should also check every facet of the sale. They are the type to tell you your interest rate is one thing and charge you a higher rate. Completely untrustworthy!

After contacting this dealership with a list of reasonable questions: cost, dealership fees, vehicle condition, leasing options, price, affiliated banks, and a few other important questions, this dealer lied about the inventory hung up the phone when asked about financing, I called back and was told the car was sold while I was on the phone. I called two days later different sales associate advised the car was still available and was never sold. He too couldn't provide a straight forward answer in regards to dealership fees and financing rates. I asked for a supervisor, I'm still waiting for my call back. I was polite the entire time, I'm never rude, I was honestly interested in purchasing their vehicle until it was obvious no one knew how to hold an informative conversation. 0/10 wouldn't ever waste my time on them again.

Horrile they want to charge all these extra fees and dont want bring down the price. I would never do business with that dealership. $1257 for shop fee, $1895 extra if u paying cash. $699 for documentation and $995 for prep charge. Worse dealership

Price posted was not their target price. They tried to talk me into accepting to negotiate up from their internet price; by several thousands $!!!if you do not finance with them, you actually pay even more. 4 hours (round-trip) wasted.

This dealership is no gd. They had me over 3 days back and forth, telling me how theyear can get me approve with $10,000 for the Jaguar and theto couled not, and on top of it They ask me for my down payment. I gave it to them, and after I get tired of them. They was givin me an hard time to get back my money. I had to literary wait a hole dat before I can get back my money.

I think dealer is not trust worthy. They put a low price on a car and I called confirm, they were adding outrageous fees like loan fee to the vehicle. They were also not professional.

The dealership had advertised online a very competitive price for a C300 but when I was ready to buy, their dealership fees added up almost 3500$... Not to mention the car I was interested in was not delivered to the dealership after several hous of appointment during my second visit. This may all just be bad coincidence but I didn't have pleasant experience at this dealership.

After we agreed with the monthly payments I have my deposit and I have my insurance the day I went to get the suv they changed my payments and they wanted me to also pay the changes they made

Gave explicit instructions to only contact via email as I was using my work number. They called nonetheless. I asked for a complete breakdown of all the fees for the out-the-door cost, which they never supplied.

vehicle is a bait, there were others offered but not the one I initially inquired on and not at the low price advertised. They did tell me up front that the truck was not available before I actually went to the dealership which is why I rated them fair.

Put on hold and nobody ever came back to the phone. Left word to have salesman return call, he NEVER did? Cash price was $3,000 higher than advertised. It was a come-0n. Horrible !!!! Should have known......they are New Jersey RATS !!

Dealer sold me a car and said they didn't service it. I drove it for one week and engine light comes on, dealer tells me he will help with the cost. I tell him I didn't have the car one week and it has problems this is something the dealer should be willing to fix. I don't trust that it will get fix the right way, I believe they will reset the engine light.

Its a stupid dealership that doesnt inform their customers when the customers are on the way to see a car thats already sold. If you have an appointment, the dealers can at least tell you that thr car was sold instead of completely wasting your time. Never again will I waste my time or recommend anyone ti this dealership
