I used the messaging system here at CarGurus to contact Hennessy. They got back with me quickly. I told them I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle and needed to stay in Budget, could they tell me the FULL price the this truck. I was emailed an invoice showing everything I would pay. Very reasonable so I told them I would be in. When I got there they had the truck ready for me to look at. Very nice sales people. I was shown the exact invoice I was emailed. Zero price difference. I thought with no trade-in and no financing they would try to up the price like other dealers do to make up for not getting the extra money they make on those items. They cleaned up the truck and even drove it home for me. Can’t drive two vehicles at the same time. No Sales pressure, not even at the finance office where the offer things like Warranties. Good Place - Good People.

So last Saturday my transmission was slipping in my 2007 Nissan Altima so I went on cargurus.com and found this beauty. I received a Call from mike Reyes about the car. I let him know I was on my way to Morrow to test drive the car. He made sure the car was there and he had the keys. Mike was very informative. When we got to the dealership, Mike was very helpful. We test drove the car and I loved it and had to have it. The staff was very friendly and it was the best experience buying a car that I have had. He had all the information about the car. It wasn’t a long wait. Donnie in Finance was very nice and helpful and everything went smoothly. The next day which was a Sunday I noticed that the SD card was missing which is for the navigation system in the car. I called Mike on Monday and by Tuesday they found it and FEDEX it to me and I received it by Wednesday. I had a great shopping experience and I would recommend them to everyone!!! Thanks Mike, Donnie, and Team!!!!

The USED CAR portion of Hennessy motors was not truthful on up front on the discrepancies of excessive dings scrapes and windshield having gauges on the exterior. Interior was worn stained and not detailed. Yes it was a used 2015 van but with only 53k we thought and was told the vehicle was in “great” shape for being low mileage van being 4 years old. Muffler was almost rusted out. 2 large 4” long by 1/4th inch deep dents on the edge of roof. Driving it down the road felt as if the vehicles suspension was about to fall apart. We were told they were going to detail it have it ready. It was obvious it wasn’t looked like a soda can was popped open and it sprayed on the roof with brown spots everywhere. 2 Cup holders had gooey brown dried up soda spillage in them. The glass had several gouges in them as if they were literally scraped by a rock and not the wipers. Total let down. All this after we flew from Denver Colorado to Atlanta Georgia to purchase the vehicle. We walked away.

Called dealership to verify Van was in stock, as there were two, they confirmed availability so I drove 40 mins there. I get there to find out the cheaper of the two ($500 difference) that I called about had a deposit on it. Was a cash buyer and dealer wouldn’t match the price. Waste of time.

Very bad service. I drove 208 miles to come look at a truck today told me they had and soon as I got there they was more concerned about me trading my car in then they was about showing me the truck. I asked did they still have the truck and he said let him put his hands on the keys and told me yes they still had it. after about 25-30 minutes checking out my car they finally came back and told me the truck was sold. that's the worst salesmanship I ever seen to trick somebody that for to try to make a sale. my advice if you are looking for a car do your research first before you go a long way for a lie.

The dealership was responsive and great... Right up until I drove 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. They knew someone was dripping me off and what time. Itwasn't ready and they didn't call me before hand. They actually waited until my son left to tell me the whole truth. I was very angry. I had to drive a loaner car home and wait for mine too show up.

I made appointment to see a certain salesperson. I got there and had to wait 15 or more minutes for the salesperson to come out of a meeting. Then spent 1 and 1/2 hours trying to find the van I had called about. .I asked the salesperson about some of the other vans i had seen . I asked salesperson to call if any of the vans prices could be a little lower on price. A week later still waiting for the phone call

I went to the dealer and met with Michael, the agent. Very pleasant! I test drove the Nissan NV- V-6 because he had trouble locating the vehicle I came to test drive ,the V-8!. The V-6 had issues and failed to drive properly.Michael claimed it was turbo, those vehicles don't have turbo. It hesitated, coughed, it clearly had engine problems that the dealership missed. I went ahead and told Michael that I wanted to purchase the V-8 pending a test drive. He completed all the financial paperwork for the V-8 the day before Christmas, they closed at 2pm . As I left the dealership at 1:4pm, there was the V-8 car I came to test drive!I took pictures and was so excited to know that I was coming back to test drive and purchase! The day after Christmas arrived! I telephoned at 8am to confirm our plan. Michael said everything will be done by 10:30. When he called back instead he said, I am sorry, that vehicle is sold! Bait and switch! He knew all along! BAD .I took a credit hit too!

Advised the vehicle I inquired about was in but had two others that came in. Went to check them out. The ones that came in were in poor condition inside and had over 10k more miles than the one listed on carguru. They proceeded to ask $8k more than the one with 10k less mileage. After telling them no and showing them multiple others of the same vehicle in the area for $6-$8k less they proceeded to go into let me get my manager mode and then another manager.

Did the entire sale with the internet sales person, started the process on Monday and on Thursday was told the car would be there that he would get a deposit from me Thursday evening. I called to put my deposit down Thursday at 5 only to get a call back saying it was just sold. I’ll never do business with this dealership.

Dealer was very friendly, but vehicles we looked at were used and appeared to be from auction. They have a more “used” feel than my 2009 F150. A one year old Chevy van had many spots on the seats and paint at side door was totally worn off from folks stepping in and out of the van.

Few hrs later got email saying oh, someone had a deposit on it, no need to come. Had they contacted me I could have seen it and likely bought it before sold someone else. Drove from Tampa Florida and it was well worth the trip for this car. Very nice and pleasant staff. Was very patient with us. We wanted to have the car looked over by an authorized Porsche dealer and they drove it an hour away to do so. This process took 4 hours of their time. Very pleased with their service and going over and above for us.

Salesman was very helpful however all the cars I was interested in had to be located on a back lot. All were buried and very difficult to get out for a test drive. All vehicles were not ready to be sold and driven off the lot. They had body damage that needed to be fixed and the interiors were dirty.

Great dealer with very competitive pricing and outs ding customer service! My salesman, Mike Novotny, did everything he could and more to get me into the car of my choice happily and I ended up buying the 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. I did, however, bring the car back for reasons unrelated to Hennessy's service. When I returned a few weeks later to purchase another vehicle, I was faced with unfortunate late &/or slow responses due to bussiness in the actual store itself. However they apologized for inconvenience and was very responsive to any other concerns I had. I would definitely recommend Hennessy and would buy from them again!

Dante the sales associate was outstanding, however when it was time to negotiate it was a lengthy senseless process , when the used car sales manger got involved me me feel as if I was pan handling. Perhaps because it was 10 minutes before closing time. The car I want at the price I want but because of my experience I decided they are not getting my business.

One of the worst dealers I've been to. They did everything wrong. - High pressure to buy a car I didn't want - Impatient - Quoted me in writing a price that included an extra dealer fee above the internet price. "Oops, that was a typo. I'll fix that right now" - Low-balled my trade-in. Then offered to add on an extra $1000. - They sell you used cars without any gas. And they state that proudly as a policy! - No dealer warranty for defects on used cars (compare that to an internet dealer I've purchased from that gives you 100 days to fix anything wrong) - 3 day return policy, compared to another internet dealer that gives you an entire week The reason they get the two stars is that their prices are very competitive and they have a huge inventory. I would never go to this dealer again.

They never had this car to begin with. I could never see it. After getting an appointment to see it 30 minutes before that time suddenly the car was sold to an employee. This has been 2 or more weeks why are they still advertising this car???

My experience with Hennessey was great it's not their fault my credit is so bad that they couldn't put me into a car they tried their hardest but at the end of the day nothing worked but as I walked out the dealership one of the guys in there stopped me and said he heard how bad I needed a car so he gave me a number to another dealership and said I'm guaranteed to drive off in a car and sure enough I did so thanks to Hennessey instead of just letting me walk off empty-handed they helped me in another way And i really appreciate that so again thanks you Hennessy.

Hennessy Buick Mazda in Marrow, GA is the BEST I have seen and bought from in the business...in 17 years of me car buying from dealerships. Absolutely no hassle and they are in it for the customers' gain and not their own. If you want a non-pushing and reasonable priced dealer with excellent warranties this where you want to go. As a woman it is sometimes hard to go to dealerships to purchase a car because of the stereotypes of women not knowing anything about cars. However Billy Simmons and Cecil Johnson were awesome salesmen. Very friendly and laid back!! The finance manager was also AWESOME!! I believe his name was Chris. Before all paperwork was signed he throughly explained all opitions and he helped me play with numbers until I was comfort with my payment, interest, and terms. Just an all around friendly staff and environment. What I liked the most was the diversity of the staff and customers. Along with WIDE range of nicely well equipped inventory at reasonable affordable prices.

Traveled 5 hours for this car. Salesman was upfront on phone about car condition. He even let me know when other buyers were interested. Was able to put 48 hour hold on car with a $100 refundable deposit to keep from being sold while I traveled from out of state. Advertised Internet price was exactly what I paid before tax, tag, and title. Dealer fees were included in Internet price. No hidden fees. They even threw in some carpet mats and a second key to make the sale at no extra cost. I would buy another car from them if I needed one. The only downside was having to wait in line for 2 hours just to pay,

I responded to the online request to visit the dealership inquiring about a Challenger. The sales people were great to deal with. They let me take my time with a test drive and did not rush me nor did they try to sell me something I did not want like many other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership. I went to look at two cars that looked really nice via this site.BOTH had clear car faxes yet BOTH had fender or bumper work (and very sloppy work at that) done. You can not tell me those cars had not been wrecked. They seemed very shady to me. I left.

Beautiful car on the inside, but it needs to be inspected further. The sales associates were kind, fair, informative and up front, from what I could see. I would definitely do business with them if we could agree on repairs for this vehicle. I was told that the car could not be taken anywhere for an inspection. That kind of concerns me, so I am proceeding cautiously on this one, while searching for others. Sales associates were great.
