They were fine. Unfortunately they sold the truck the next day before I could get up there. I was very disappointed but that is the name of the business. They did reach out to me afterwards to see if there was anything else they could offer.

I worked with ALAN CAVEL, he made sure that I was taken care how is supposed to. No hidden fees, no hidden costs, no pushing. He took videos of what I wanted and ensured that I was pleased on everything then he personally delivered the car to me in Florida. When he delivered the car he took the time to explain all the feature of the car and ensured I was happy. If you are looking for a corvette he is a corvette expert. I will contact Alan next time I am hunting for a car.

They were extremely helpful. They were very honest and forthcoming about the potential trade process which was very refreshing to me as a customer. Instead of just trying to do whatever possible to put me in a vehicle, they showed care and concern regarding my best option which at this time is to keep my current vehicle. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. Bernie, sales manager, and Isaac, sales, were super friendly, knowledgeable and totally honest. Look them up when you plan to visit!

By far the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. We made a deal. I submitted all of the paperwork, got a loan approval, booked a flight to pick up the car...and they sold it two days before I was supposed to pick it up. Putting all of that aside, everything else was terrible too. Awful communication. Salesmen that dont return calls or messages. No communication on the process or steps to deliver the car. The salesmen tried to slip in a 1300 charge for “paint protection”. At least ask your customer first if they want to over pay for some useless product. I had to call and chase repeatedly. I finally emailed the sales manager explaining that I was getting frustrated. He replied but never offered an apology or anything. Who deals with customers and doesn't care about the customer experience? My father had a used car dealership for 30 yrs. We actually had integrity when doing business, something that Joe, and this dealership, clearly know nothing about.

I was dealing with one of the internet sales personnel. I was not happy with comming out of my way to be swindled by a sales representative. He double talked me for 2 day. Ran my credit with out my permission before a deal was reach in writing. He only cared about closing the deal and making a profit. If he is a direct representative of Mr Jim Ellis then I strongly do not recommend buying anything from this dealership. I was told one think on multiple occasions and then was told another. Being a service member of the U.S Army for 16 years and still active. This saddens me over. Their is not selfless service, honor and a huge lack of integrity.

According to our records you called and asked a lot of questions which your sales representative was very patience and took the time to answer. Although I purchased a vehicle from a closer dealer I still gave 4 stars to Jim Ellis Buick because of the salesman I was working with. The salesman worked hard to match me with the perfect truck but my schedule and the distance from my house to the dealer made it difficult for us to make a deal.

No complaint about my experience other than after the purchase I was only given one key set. My husband was with me and I had thought we each received a key. When I was home and noticed we were short on keys I called and asked for another set. They were not helpful - seems wrong.

I agreed to purchase a $60k vehicle from Jim Ellis. After speaking to a salesmen as well as two different managers throughout the week we were ready to make the 2hr drive up to purchase the vehicle. The day before we left I asked the salesmen to walk around the vehicle and let me know if there were any imperfections (dings, dents, etc..) and send me pictures if necessary. Even though we were told the vehicle was in excellent condition I didn't want to be surprised when we arrived. Turns out there was damage to the rear bumper that both managers mislead me about throughout our week long discussions. As mentioned I was told the vehicle was in excellent condition, I wish I could upload the picture the salesmen sent me of the damage so you could see what they describe as "excellent" condition. The pictures they uploaded for the vehicle listing were at an angle that did not show the damage. They refused to repair the damage, stating the damage is why the price was slightly discounted, which was them admitting to knowing about the damage while dishonestly describing the condition of the vehicle to me throughout the week. We did not make the trip to Jim Ellis and purchased from a different dealership instead.

From the first time I went to the dealership I felt comfortable. I decided to buy the car. They treated me fairly. The problem I had was when the finance manager along with the used car manager took my money ( I paid all cash for the vehicle) the manager didn't say were to go next, didn't even thank me for my business. We left the room and figured out our selves. It wasn't a good feeling. I decided to buy from their dealership and that's the last impression i have of the transaction.

Did not end up purchasing here, but I would definitely recommend. I will say Jesse Brown was the best sales rep at communication that I dealt with from Knoxville to Atlanta, and actually offered the best deal, but we changed vehicles at the last minute. Keep up the good work!

Vehicle was not as told by the Salesman Manish. Had numerous scratches in the paint and a ding on the C Pillar. We were told it was in very good condition and paint was good. We had actually put a deposit on it and drove 4 hours only to leave without buying. Not a good experience and they didn't seem to care we had spent the day driving down only to walk out. Would not recommend this Dealership to anyone.

My sales agent was polite and courteous however I do not feel as if I was looked at as a serious buyer. The price of the vehicle was dropped slightly before i came into the dealership for a test drive. The test drive went well and i was ready to purchase however the dealership did not want to negotiate the price. After i advised i wouldn't purchase the vehicle at that price the conversation ended there. There was no offer to look at any other vehicles, or to locate a similar vehicle in the price range i wanted which was about 1500 less. I felt like the dealership was not interested in my business at all. Everyone i mentioned my experience to could not believe that a big dealership let someone like myself with excellent credit walk out the door over a $1500 price difference without even trying to sell me something else, very unusual.

No one ever likes buying a new car due to the back and forth negotiating and pushy sales people. My experience was phenomenal. I do not live close to this dealership and still decided to do business with them due to the excellent service I received. My salesperson went above and beyond his call of duty by coming in on his day off to help me. Everyone was wonderful!
