The price.listed.on fee guru was a lie. After they add multiple fees and low cost add ons like paint protective coating (7.49 at walmart) flashing brakelight. (25.00 on Amazon) etc the price is $4k higher than the advertised price. And getting an out the door price was impossible by phone.

My son and I drove 4 hours to purchase a truck from Carl Black, 30 minutes from the dealership I called to let them know we would be a few minutes late because of a traffic jam. I was told it would not be a problem and the person that I was assign to see would be notified, which was preowned vehicle manager. My son and I were about 10 minutes late getting to the dealership, we stood around while the sales personnel were trying to find the truck. I went to the restroom came back and was informed that the manger, had send the truck on an delivery run. What let me know that some of the personal didn't care was that I had confirmed my appointment the day before with the dealership, who also informed me that manager knew I would be coming the next day and I call the day of. I am a Disable Retired Marine Corps Veteran with over 20 years of honorable service, my disabilities have me in great pain on long drives and to be basically told my time and pain means nothing is unacceptable.

They did contact me and confirmed the truck I looked at with pictures and emails and phone call. Then said that the advertising price for the truck was false and they would not sell the truck for the advertised price of $32,000 even though it was in multiple sites including their own website.

The sales person was very nice but seemed clueless. I contacted the dealer about a $9k vehicle and they responded by recommending $35k to $40k vehicles. They did say they would look out for trade ins more in my price range, but only after I pointed out the discrepancy.

Bait and switch. The vehicle listed was verified as being on the lot. One hour later the vehicle was listed as in a demo pool and they could not get that car back. Said they had others at the same price but the advertised price versus the out-the-door price was $5,000 different. Not happy with the pressure from the sales staff nor the managers pushing me off when I had an appointment set with that individual.

Responded but took numerous attemps to get the rpo codes . Had 4 different people contact me all wanting me to call them and all I wanted to find out is if it had the options I wanted. It seemed like they either did not talk to one another or did not know how to please a customer! The internet price and there website where 1000 dollars different in price as well. Trust went right out the window. Run fast and far!

My experience with Carl Black was not good. The listed price for the Colorado was $19995. I was told the vehicle was available and to come to the dealer to complete the transaction. I requested the total cost as I wanted to pay cash. After several calls, texts, and emails, I was told the $19,995 advertised Colorado was no longer on sale and the new out the door price was $26,991. Don't waste your time with these people as their prices are bait and switch.

lied about price advertising $25900.00 would not sell for this price then adding on $3000.00 +++ wax job, interior job, and some sort of break module. none of the many discounts applied to me except employees discount of $1500 not the $9000.00 discount advertising. this is a bad dealership. there is no trust only deceit and false advertising and lies. also if they had read the discounts could not be added together.

Had to use ONE STAR because it is the lowest I could go. Read other reviews about pricing issues so I called to get the REAL PRICE. Was told I have to come into the dealership to talk with sales people. They REFUSED to give a price over the phone or by email. I REFUSE to do business with anyone who won't be honest with me.

I went to Carl Black after spending all day at another dealership an hour and a half away. The salesman Quinton was great! He was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He did not waste my time. I knew what I wanted coming in the door and he got the deal done. I recommend Carl Black Chevy to anyone!

They responded with the price which quite low. When asked about the final out the door price, they refused to give that via the email. They wanted me to come in to the dealership to find that. I did not proceed any further with them.

Unwilling to negotiate- when i reached out they simply responded that i should come on in for a test drive. A 6 hour ride without knowing if i was going to reach a deal was too far. No response for options to get price lower. Ended up buying a truck 400 miles closer to me for $4k less.

I would give it less than one! I drove three hours in the rain, fog, and traffic. After waiting 3 hours we finally sat down to do the paperwork. The salesman changed the price with all of these ridiculous add-ons. (paint plus, brake plus, maintenance fees, etc.. Which changed the price of the car. I asked them several times before I made the trip the price and this was never mentioned. The price you had listed on your site is not the price they were selling the car. A waste of time and money. Would never recommend this dealership. UPDATE: I got a reply from the general manager (Scott Jordan) to give him a call. After several attempts he never returned my calls. The same sales manager called and informed me this is the way they do business. They list a price for a car and then add these add-ons (paint plus, brake plus, maintenance, etc.) This adds 1800+ dollars to the car which they did not disclose. The price listed is not the selling price. A very deceptive dealership.

Carl Black does not list correct pricing on cars guru. The car is never sold for price listed on carguru. You have to pay $1500 for unwanted options at least.

The dealer got back to me in the same day. I test drove the vehicle the next day. Some flaws were noted that was not seen on the pics. Staff was helpful and willing to fix all blemishes with the vehicle.

Terrible..... I spoke to 4 people at the dealership and got 4 different prices. I was told someone would call me back in 5 minutes and it never happened. I had a printed and published price that somehow increased $4000 without a clear reason.

Very quick to respond to email, but not willing to negotiate on the price. Did not buy and we will purchase a vehicle from someone who is willing to negotiate on the price.

Carl Black did contact me about a vehicle that I inquired about, but were very unhelpful. I suppose that's why the vehicle that I inquired about has been on the lot for over 450 days...

NO, the dealer did not contact me. I called them. I spoke with them on 1/19 late afternoon. Vehicle was available. Was on my way up to purchase and called them. Sales rep told me sale was pending after going back and forth re availability. It was all kind of sketchy. He said he had to ask someone, and I suggested letting me talk to them so he wasn't the middle person. I was asking what does "pending" mean. Then, he told me the people were in the office closing the deal "now." This was at 915. Not happy with the support I received.

I was very disappointed in my visit to Carl Black.I had been communicating with them via email and hset up an appointment to come see a2015 Tahoe. When i got there, and was initially told they couldnt find the car, then after 30 mins i was told it was sold. The sales addociate who i was supposed to meet for my 1pm appointment was busy on a csll. I will never go navk yo Carl Black.

Poor, unwilling to talk via email. Which in my line of work is the only way, to reach out. I'm limited on personal time. They insisted that I come in and talk to some one. If the numbers don't match it's not worth my time to come in, hence I need to email or text to see if it's worth my time

Internet sales manager was quick to reply to my initial query re: a pre-owned truck for sale, but no one ever contacted me with the information I requested. I ended up buying a similar vehicle with another dealer.

Emailed and called requesting some extra information as the car listed had NOTHING accept make, model, price and mileage. Was finally able to get them on the phone but they never returned calls and just said to come to the lot. A shame, I had 10k cash ready to go buy the car I was asking about but when I spoke to them they said it was Saturday and they were too busy to get me any information. Very poorly handled. Took my 10k and bought elsewhere.

Maybe it's just me but when making the offer the dealer only offered $1,500 off the price of the $48,500 vehicle stating they didn't have much mark up in the car we choose. The dealer was pleasant but they wanted their car more than I did.. we did change from the Denali version of the Acadia to the limited only due to Gm greatly reducing the size of the Acadia. Then they didn't have any incentives for the limited version. In my opinion Gm has really screwed up here. The Acadia is really now a 3 seater Terrian..

I was an out of state potential customer. They wanted me to drive my vehicle to their location to try and properly appraise it. While I can understand hesitation on the dealers part to make a sight-unseen appraisal, you can at least ballpark it so I know what I'm dealing with before driving hundreds of miles in one direction to your location. Ultimately, they couldn't provide the information I was requesting and I didn't purchase from them.

They called me prior to my arrival, they emailed me information per my request and my sales person was wonderful. He went above & beyond to be sure everything went smooth and the car was ready to go in a timely manner. I told them what i was looking for and was never pressured. I would highly recommend this company.

Received a call to arrange an appointment. I requested that I be sent information on the vehicles including window sticker. That information was never sent. I received another call asking if I were going to make the appointment. I said I was not coming unless I received the information on the vehicles. I never heard from them again.

Called the dealership about this car (2010 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ). I was told that they had the car on the lot. Got to the dealership to find out they had sold this car the week before. Then they tried to push another Equinox down our throats, this car had 40k miles more and $1500 more than the car we wanted to see. It was just bad customer service all the way around.

I was looking to purchase a surprise vehicle for my wife and asked that we correspond via email only. Within an hour my phone was ringing. I asked again please correspond via email only. I still received 2 additional calls and no email. I called to try and speak with a sales manager but one was never available. I emailed the salesperson and asked that a sales manager contact me. No one from Carl Black Kennesaw responded. That's a shame because it would have been a quick and easy sell. Very unprofessional

Priced above value on the 2009, even if you paid more for it to make a sell it was still priced high. You want me to come in to look but if they are all this high then I would waste both of our time.

Very satisfied with the overall service. Everyone from the receptionist to the manager made me feel like they were really there to give me the best experience possible. The vehicle that I wanted was sold but they found me a better vehicle at a similar price. Very straightforward.

I drove over 500miles to this dealership for an appointment that we had set up over the phone & confirmed through e-mails. When I got there they did not acknowledge me, and said they did not know what I was talking bout..... Also the car that I was going to their dealership to get was sold when I got there, they didn't inform me of that either until I got there...... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Randy Erwin was an excellent sells rep. He showed Marilyn all about her do-dads that she loves. He spent alot of time with us and was very knowledgeeable about the Enclave. We just could not spend the money . With obamacare, her emplyer doesn't know if she will be practising after 3 or 4 months.
