Fuccillo Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Contacted me several times but would not answer my original question.

I had set up an appointment to test drive both vehicles that I had inquired about' I arrived at Fuccillo Chrysler Jeep Dodge the following morning at 7:10 am. I was early, so I looked at the vehicles on the lot. I did not see either vehicle that I was supposed to test drive. I waited until 8:30 am, when the sales dept. came in. I was told at that time that both vehicles had been sold the day before. I was upset because I had driven 50 miles to test drive 2 vehicles that were not there. If the vehicles had been sold the day before, I feel that I should have been notified. The salesman was, of course, apologetic. Then he attempted to sell me another vehicle, at a much higher price. I declined, and expressed my unhappiness about this situation. I needed to purchase a vehicle for work purposes, and needed to do that today. eventually I test drove a 2015 kia sorento,that would fit my needs at this time. Unfortunetly, it was more expensive that the other 2 vehicles that I was there to test drive. and this vehicle did not have any of the features that were advertised on the original two that I was interested in.Being in a bind for time. I felt forced to make the deal for the gray 2015 kia sorento. I ended being at this dealership for over 8 hours.They were happy!! I was not so much.I`m being to think that I was ripped off! Buyer Beware!!

I had two different sales reps email,call and "remind" me of an appointment I had.I told them I would stop by,yet they insisted on telling me I had made an appointment with them.I don't need any pressure or sales tactics from any dealer.I'll do my car shopping elsewhere!

Dealer took too long to respond. When I went to the dealership to look at the vehicle I queried about; it wasn't there. But they did respond after some time and asked if I wanted to set up a test drive... On a vehicle that was no longer there? Preposterous.

horrible they took over 2 weeks to respond and I had already purchased a Dodge Caliber from Armory Garage in Albany, NY spent over 15k on the car OH well their lost to bad we buy from Fuccillo Hyndai
