The sales girl was very unprofessional. She implied it would be my fault that they are losing money on this car if they sold it for anything under their marked up price. This car was not taken care of. No backup camera. You can buy a brand new car with less miles and all the upgrades for less than this price.

Vans interior was filthy, after negotiating the price they tried to add $900 in accessory TAX? sales person was good but manager and receptionist was rude. We walked away from the negotiation twice before buying. The dealer never detailed the van even after promising they would. Buyers beware!!

This is a rare, highly sought after vehicle. This being said it felt like i had to compete to get to see the car. The vehicle was put up for sale nearly a week before it was ready to be seen. In addition the price jumped nearly $2000 by the time it was done with reconditioning. I asked if there was any way to reserve the truck and was told no. My experience was frustrating to say the least.

I don't know who made the mistake but because my sales rep was so nice I am giving them 3 stars, otherwise, I would go 1 star! I drove an hour and a half in rush hour traffic to get down to DCH. When I got there the car was a basic stock car. According to the add on both CarGurus AND CapOne Auto Navigator it had a sun roof, heated electric seats, etc, etc, etc. I was so irked! The salesman was super sweet, and made my crap drive, and horrid experience better, but I walked out without a car. The car was not worth $14k without the amenities and was at least a couple grand above what it should have been, but they wouldn't lower the price. They said CG and CAPONE added the sun roof, heated auto adjustable seats, etc on their own. Well, that might be all well and good, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THEIR LISTING! Period!

Typical car sales man tactics take the car key of the trade in and play hide and seek until your tired of playing with them and you finally give in because you just want to leave and you don't want to keep looking They sell you a truck that the Ac doesn't work $43,995 truck price and its 90 degrees and nobody notices that the Ac does not work and it's to late to get any service on it so do you want the truck or not ? So u drive out and back home which mine was plan sprigs at a temperature of 110 with no Ac these are just some of the reasons for this review.

The dealer replied to my inquiry quickly. I setup a test drive and the sales representative was very helpful and patient. Well see, I was shopping with a toddler who I constantly keep my attention on. The whole process was straightforward. I felt as tho we were treated fairly and the price of the vehicle I purchased was a fair price. An aspect I would improve with the car buying experience is with the finance department. There's only 1 person and our discussions took over 3 hours.

"Internet price" is listed as $26991 for a 2012 Tundra, but when I got there, oh no, that is NOT the price, as there is an unremovable "option" added in of $800 for door sill and handle paint protection. Why not just be upfront about the total price in your original ad??? I would have come in for it regardless, and the experience would have been better for all of us if you had been transparent. Then Sean, sales manager, has the nerve to tell me to "do my research on sites like CarGuru". How on earth does he think I found the dang ad in the first place???!!! They wouldn't negotiate on their unadvertised add in of $800 so I walked. Save yourself some time and shop with dealers that are upfront about their listed prices!

EMILE IS THE BEST PART OF THIS PLACE! He gets 12 stars and is pretty much the saving grace of my whole experience. Treated us like people, was personable, open, honest, genuine, just all around a very decent guy to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with DCH Toyota started the day before I met Emile. I'm glad we returned and were able to work with him to finalize everything. He is truly exceptional!! Wasn't that impressed when I initially visited this location. I walked in looking for a vehicle that I had researched a bit online. No one greeted me when I entered, even though there was someone sitting at the front desk (who I later learned was the sales manager!), and I walked through the whole dealership and outside to the lot without anyone saying anything at all. Found the car I was looking for and checked it out for about 10 minutes. Still no one came outside, offered assistance, nothing. So I went back inside to find someone who could help me with a test drive. I had been in communication with an internet sales associate previously, who I asked for at this point. I was told she was on her break, so someone else helped me. The other sales associate was nice enough, but couldn't answer many of the questions I had about anything. Not about the vehicle, not about their process, not about much of anything. It was a little frustrating at this point. Does anyone even want to sell a car? I figured it was because the vehicle was used and a bit older, so it probably wasn't a high enough priority for anyone to lift fingers over. Once we returned from a test drive, we were seated and told to wait for the sales manager (who was with another customer at this time) to ask him our question and discuss the vehicle. We must have sat in the lobby for 25 minutes without a peep from anyone. Finally I asked the sales associate if there was anyone else we could talk to, and she got an answer for us about a warranty question we had, but it seemed a little sketchy. At this point we decided to sit with her and discuss the pricing of the vehicle since my thumbs were already sore from twiddling. We go back and forth on all these added fees and charges for what seemed like everything under the sun. Finally the sales manager comes over and we should have left at that point. Pompous, arrogant attitude, not all that personable, responds to my inquiries about reassuring their customers in regards to a warranty with how big their dealership is and how many others they've purchased, etc, etc, etc. I felt like a little kid getting scolded a bit. Just totally unpleasant. It finally started to feel like a used car sale at that point. So we left. I did end up going back to purchase the vehicle (hey, I really wanted this truck and comps were non-existent) and it was nearly the same story the following day (except for EMILE!!) It's like everyone was moving so slowly and each time someone went away to copy a paper, get figures, ask a question, they were gone for like 15 minutes. Unfortunately, Emile wasn't who originally helped us out the first day, so he couldn't get credit for the deal, but he was navigating the process this whole time. When something took forever, he'd go check out what was holding the office up. He klept us company and made us feel like we were appreciated. Like, you know, how customer service should be. The experience aside from dealing with Emile was just very strange. Not a lot of customer service happening here as a whole. The finance guy was alright. Pretty straightforward there. I will say...once I bought the car, the original sales associate was very responsive in helping me transfer the funds the following day. I'd like to think it was because she was genuinely being helpful... who knows. I got my car, will not take it back to this location for any reason (except maybe to wave to Emile). Word to future visitors, probably would wear some thick skin if choosing to visit this location.

The sales person was friendly, helpful, and professional. We test drove the vehicle and it was nice. The only concern was that the vehicle was not Certified and we asked why. She said some are not Certified to keep costs down; however, she could not explain why only certain cars are Certified and this one was not. We did not know if the process was arbitrary or how the decision is made. This made us uncomfortable and so decided not to purchase.

The dealership could use better sales inventory tracking system and provide better customer service. After rearranging my entire family's Saturday schedule and driving from South Pasadena to test drive several vehicles, we found out the cars were sold after we arrived at the dealership even though the night before we confirmed our appointment and reconfirmed the test drive morning of the appointment. Yet, they never bothered tell us the car had been sold. When we asked to speak to the general manager in charge, he politely deflected the complaint back to the online sales manager who had scheduled the appointment. If they wanted to do a bait and switch or offer some other vehicle, they did not succeed either. Thus was very poor customer service.

Made an appointment to see the car. Called and confirmed before driving 1 1/2 hours to Torrance from OC, that the vehicle was still there. When I arrived the sales person, Angelina, did not come out to greet me, sent someone to say that the car had been sold. A waste of 3 hours in socal traffic.

Dealer was slow to respond. Dealer's website was down all day and I could not submit a credit application. When I emailed the dealer about the issues, they never responded with a option to apply. They got around to me a couple days later after I bought a car elsewhere. Long story short, slow to respond using technology methods.

Disorganized and poor communication. They wouldn't let me put a deposit down or pay for the vehicle in advance and then sold the car out from under me.

This dealership was beyond unprofessional. We insisted on having a vehicle in which was a brand other than Toyota, inspected by its own makes service department. We were given the run around and told we could not do it, until a sign in which was posted within DCH Toyota, stated we had the right, as long as the cost was covered by the requesting party. So we proceeded to have the vehicle inspected. After paying for the service inspection, we found the car to still be purchase worthy. So we asked the dealor to secure the car, and suggested a deposit or something of the sort so we could return The following morning at opening to take care of the paperwork and pay in full for the vehicle. We were told that this could not be done!!! Therefore the car was sold that night before we could return in the morning, after it was made apparent we wanted the car, and extended the expense of having it checked out. Let alone the run around we received prior to them agreeing to having the vehicle inspected. Numerous sales games were played and executed. For example, as we were sitting with our sales rep, the manager had an employee come and ask for the key, as if someone one else wanted to consider or see the vehicle. Well that was just a tactic to make us feel like we had to rush and close the deal prior to inspection. There was absolutely no one else on the entire lot shopping for cars, let alone looking at the vehicle of interest. Which exemplified the character of which we were dealing with. We called them out on what they were doing and they could only say... Well someone is on their way to look at the vehicle.... PURE GAMES!!!!

They said that I couldn't never buy a used car with my situation only because they wonted to sell the lease instead the used car that I was looking for. At the same day, I bought the same car that I tried from them, from an other dealer with a good rating and better price (same car same price range). thank you, if you wanted to do scary to a new person from an other country this is a good way.

Initially good, and to make a long story short. disappointed. Based on the communications, the Internet Sales Manager wanted me to come in, to just tell me that the vehicle I wanted was already sold. This is NOT what I consider customer service,, MISLEADING the customer to come in to sell them another vehicle? Really??!! What would give him an A-star rating is to have been honest with me and work with my wants/needs for a vehicle. He must be too young to truly understand what it would take to satisfy a customer, whether there was a buy or not. I've been in the service industry for over 30-years, and I take my customers/clients seriously because "word of mouth" is the BEST advertisement. As far as I'm concerned, even though this individual may represent DCH, I don't place the negative experience towards the dealer, it's the person who I would not want to work with. Just too bad, especially because he's a manager. Hopefully, his sales team is much better in what they do, and not MISLEAD potential clients.

The absolute worst dealer on earth. Take days to respond, prices way to high and worst part EVERYBODY has an attitude. Offered to pay cash for a truck and they fought me to fiancee it so they could get a piece of the pie......STAY Away !!!! Especially from internet department...!!!! They deserve "O" stars but I have to leave something to be able to submit review.

Looked at second-hand PT Cruiser; they wanted $1,000 over similar cars. Also, they had fitted the car with tires that had a lot of tire "noise"; they refused to change them. So we went somewhere else.

I called to make an appointment to test a vehicle, letting them know how far I was traveling as well. Before I left I called to reconfirm the vehicle was still available. I was told it was still on the lot. I was highly irritated when I traveled all the way from Fresno to Torrance (4.5hrs) to find out the car I was interested in had been sold. It just shows how they value their customers willing to travel to their location when they don't bother to call them and inform them when the ONE vehicle they inquired about is sold.

They didn't hold car I agreed to buy on previous visit and it sold before I arrived at the dealership. Then they tried to sell me more car than I could afford and when I backed out they stopped helping me find one I could afford. Delivering customer unhappiness should be their motto!
