They responded quickly. Almost purchased the truck here but ultimately went with South Coast since we had already visited the South Coast lot. But could of easily purchased the truck here as well. Very prompt responses and wiling to work out a deal.

I was contact by several "internet sales" people. One was curt about their pricing and told me to come back if you can't find another deal but their pricing stood. Then a day or so later, got another email from another associate, told him the same thing I wrote here. He stopped replying.

Toyota of Orange was easy. This was not a hard sell dealership. The Internet sales reps, Herman and John could not have been nicer. They were honest and upfront and easy to deal with. The finance report, Luis was also very nice. The sales manager, Jonathan was very kind as well, although I was disappointed that he would not agree to fix the surface scratches that I observed. However, he was very forthcoming and honest. I got also got a great deal.

My exprerience was great! I got the price car that I wanted. Pete and Herman were very helpful, patient, friendly, and overall nice. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I think Toyota of Orange staff are all very nice people. I would recommend the dealership.

Sales person David was great, but I was mislead that the Camry I bought didn't have an alarm system. They talked me into paying for their add on system when I wouldn't have otherwise bought it for almost $400 more!

Would not email me a price on this used Rav4 Hybrid. I tried several times. I was emailed by an internet manager but to no avail. Could be a dealer that you shouldn't give your business to.

Was very rushed in finance until we were out the door. The finance guy and manage both lied and would not explain points I brought up in the contract. The car did not have a jack or a manual. They promised to get them to me but have not. When I call to bring that up they transfer me to someone who doesn't pick up or call back after several messages

I felt a very high pressure from the person I spoke with who said he was the owner of the company. He was unable to answer certain questions on the phone so I made the 45 minute drive to check them out.

Sales agent, John, was extremely friendly and helpful. I bought the white 2013 Toyota Avalon XLE advertised but added a backup camera. However, if you're looking for a used Avalon with low mileage and is affordable, the selection is slim.

Sales person (dimetry) was great to work with but I could not get a quote for finance rate from the finace rep who alsoo said he would meet or beat any other deal but did not respond when I showed him one.

Too much pressure. I felt rushed. They said they'll take care of me and did not want to negotiate after I showed them KBB price. I went in to purchase a used 2009 BMW. Long story short, I left and they kept calling me. A week later they dropped the price -- WOW. They called me again to negotiate but by then I decided to go to BMW dealer and got a 2013 car for a way better deal (BMW 1.9% - Toyota 9.5%). You cant beat that...

The contact there was Pete. He is very knowledgeable. However, the website is only updated once a week, so the car I wanted was already sold and I drove 40 miles each way. I should have called before going there. Otherwise the people there are highly experienced and want to sell cars at a fair price.
