I can't seem to get a proper response from them i tried calling and inquiring via rmail about a 2010 Toyota Venza a week ago 10/25/2017 and never got a response about it. They keep sending me generic and phishing emails about my credit and buying new vehicles from them. I wish they can give me straight answers.

I bought a used Ford Transit van here recently. The price was fair ~ they had checked out the van. It still needed a spare and a hubcap ~ and I broke a plastic seat handle trying the seat. They fixed everything ~ after the car had been purchased (they could have ignored it at that point). Everyone was professional and really friendly. They gave me all the time I needed to check the van out and ask all the questions I wanted to. They let me park my old car there for a week while parts were being shipped and Jason helped us get it roadworthy again. Bhupinder, the guy that did my paperwork was hilarious. Watch out for him; you may sign the wrong thing because you are laughing so hard. Sam made the sale go quickly and smoothly, and Jim took care of the repairs as promised. I'm generally not one to trust used car salespeople or big corporations, but I did have a really good experience working with these folks. And I love my new cargo van!

I could not have been more disappointed in the lack of interest this salesman and manager showed for my interest in a used car they have had on the lot for over 70 days. I wanted to buy it. Wanted to make a deal. They were asleep at the wheel. I drove 100 miles round trip and it was a complete waste of my time. I purchased a same model (5 years newer) the very next day. Paid double the price for a far superior experience and deal. They did not even detail the car before showing it. They did not car that the radio/component display was dead. They let a cash customer leave without even saying "thank you" for shopping here!

I emailed them with a few questions. They replied but never gave me any answers. I had to call them to find out. I did end up purchasing the car and love it. Price is not negotiable but it is reasonable. The service was great before I purchase the car but not so great afterward. The sales gave me two key fobs and later I found out 1 of the key fob is not for my car. Called the sale a few times and very slow response. I had to drive 70 miles back to the dealership to meet with the sale and found out he's not in. I spent 2 hrs there and still wasn't able to get my 2nd key fob. Waited for another week before someone called me and said they scheduled someone to help me but I had to bring my car there. Another 70 miles drive, but finally got my 2nd key fob this time.

AWFUL experience! I emailed to ask for interior pictures and they responded with an email but no pictures. I asked again for pictures and never heard back from them. Horrible customer service!

I don't know how they expect to sell such a dirty car. The car smelled like wet dog and had wet hay caked in all the wheel wells , yet the salesman tells me it's been detailed cleaned .

it was good. i dealt with the online area and it went well. the only thing i will say is the listing said it had navigation but it didnt. it wasnt a deal break obviously because i purchased the car, but i asked them about it when i called and he said it did have it, but he was mistaken. all in all it was priced well and i really like it.

I inquired if the MPV was still available, received an answer that it was, and invited me for a test drive. I drove from Alameda to Concord to see it, and was told that the service department hadn't finished it yet, so it was not available. I was able to look at it where it was parked, but not to drive it. I then inquired by email to Craig, the salesperson that originally responded to my first inquiry if it was ready, and that I was motivated by what I saw when I went out there. Never heard back from Craig, so several days later I called and it had been sold. So, fail for advertising a car that was not ready to be sold, fail for not responding to my eager message for more info about the car's readiness.

This dealer contacted me promptly and followed -up with a phone call. Unfortunately, the vehicle I wanted was already sold and the dealer's call prevented me from driving a long distance. I really appreciated that courtesy and will definitely consider them again when the need arises.

The add stated sun roof. The car advertised did not have a sunroof. Frustrating when that is one of your filters and a bunch of cars show up that are not meeting the filter.

The car in question did not pass smog, and I don't understand all of the rules for posting a car for sale but it was a disappointment to hear it had been listed after not passing. It was still listed as late as a few days ago, so I am unsure to the veracity of the claim they made about the MR2.

Went to look at a subaru forester recently. I had an appointment with Joel, who quickly passed me off to another sales associate who, though very kind, seemed a bit inexperienced. He didn't seem to know anything about the car, I was doing most of the talking. When I stuck the key into the drivers side door, the entire apparatus holding the key came out of the car itself along with all of the connected wiring - someone had sawed a hole directly around it. The salesman, though again, very nice, didn't say anything further than offering to help me get the key back out. It seemed like someone higher than my salesperson should have been overseeing the appointment.

The salesman, Craig was really nice when he contacted me on the phone. However, when my boyfriend and I got to there and he saw that we were pretty young he became really rude. When I went to test drive the car he handed my the car keys and told me to just bring the car back. Which was kind of weird because every dealer ship I've gone to a sales man had always gone with me on he test drive. When we came back from the test drive, he was no where to be found for 30 minutes. I told him I didn't like the car and did not think that I will be purchasing it. He got upset and made a smart remark. Then my boyfriend asked if they had any other used car in the lot. Craig the salesman waved and pointed his finger around the saying, "Oh we have some around here and there just walk around." He did not even want to take us and show us around the place. I guess he really didn't want my business. Craig the salesman was really rude!
