We know that, which is why we offer every vehicle at a heavily discounted wholesale price. This way, all a customer has to do is come find a car they like and will best suit their needs. Cash or credit, the price is the same! Our goal is to make the car buying process fun and stress free. Getting a new car is supposed to be enjoyable, but at most dealership's it's about as fun as getting a tooth pulled. Not here.
There will always be those who race home to leave a negative review simply because they don't understand how we run our business. There will always be those who can't recognize a great deal unless they're getting $2000 off the price. If that price was $2000 too high to start with though, what did they really get?
For those who want a quality, late model, pre-owned vehicle at a price thousands below everywhere else, we are the absolute best dealership to shop in New Jersey. I personally guarantee it!

While I do not know which vehicle this reviewer was looking at, the majority of our inventory is comprised of late model, low mileage, off-lease vehicles which are in excellent condition. For customers with a smaller budget, we do offer for sale some of our trade in's, which are typically older, less expensive vehicles with higher mileage. Those vehicles will typically have more wear and tear and are priced accordingly.

I'm sorry that you're having an issue with one of the tires. We actually replaced the tires in our shop so I honestly don't know how one has a cut in it but whatever the situation, I'm sure we can resolve it.
Tom did in fact ask you to bring the vehicle back so we could take a look at the cuts in the tire that you are referring to but you refused saying you lived too far away. You called again Today saying you'll text photo's of what you're referring to but we have not received the photos. Please understand that while we're happy to help, it's going to take some cooperation on yo

Rather than understand and appreciate his honesty, you continued to make offers below the listed price. Apparently your disappointment stems from the fact that we would not discount the vehicle, which was already $3000 below comparably priced vehicles. I'm sorry you feel the way you do but hope you understand that by offering the best price first, we are making the car buying process, faster, easier, and more pleasant for the customer.

A car that is listed for $12,995 will cost $13,284 plus applicable sales tax and DMV charges. For example, assuming this customer was located in New Jersey, the out the door price all inclusive would be $14,343.65. We have no hidden fees and any implication otherwise is just not the case.

I checked with Megan and she was adamant that there was no appointment made. Our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system also shows no appointment so it appears that you came on your own without confirming with Megan. While that's fine, and customers are welcome to visit our dealership without making an appointment beforehand, there is always the possibility that the vehicle of interest is sold prior to the customer's arrival.
As far as any Carfax issue, there was none! The vehicle had a clean Carfax with no accidents, and it was available free on our website. I do not sure why

We have no record of anyone by your name coming in to our dealership and there was no appraisal given to any customer where a purchase was not made on the 6th. Offering a customer $7000 below market is something I've never heard of anywhere, let alone here. It appears you may have reviewed the wrong dealership. The truck you came to see was a local trade in that was 8 years old with over 100,000 miles on it. I am very familiar with the truck and it happens to be in very nice condition, and does not have a speck of rust on the body. The undercarriage is very clean as well with only typical wear that you would find on any vehicle of this age and mileage. I'm also aware of the fact that you wanted to buy the truck but it was priced above what you were able to afford. While I do not know about your specific approval, I will tell you that the credit rating is not the only thing that the bank looks at. They also look at income, the amount of credit you have established, the amount of debt you currently have, as well as other factors. We have relationships with virtually every national lender so if we can't do it, it most likely cannot be done at all. We work hard to obtain the lowest rates and the best financing terms for our customers, and I'm sorry we were not

Now, you might ask, why was he able to find a loan elsewhere with the same bank that turned him down through our dealership. The answer is that it is not possible. Truth in lending regulations prevent banks from offering credit to customers at a dealership if they have already turned them down elsewhere. Obviously we do not know where or if he purchased another vehicle, or what the dealership may have presented to the bank to get him approved.
I will tell you that we only offer conventional bank financing from lenders you have actually heard of, as opposed to high interest finance companies with rates often above 20%. We are here to do business, but we're not here to bury our customers in debt up to their ears with high interest loans that they will never get out from under. If that's what you're looking for, we are not the dealership for you. If you want an amazing deal on a high quality-late model vehicle, a finance rate you can stomach from a lender you've heard of, we're the dealership to visit. Give us a chance and I promise you will not be disappointed. That's my promise to you!

We respond to leads the same day they come in. Usually within minutes. I cannot tell you how often we get no answer or a voicemail that a mailbox is full. In those cases, we will follow up every 2 days until we reach the customer. Not sure what the case was here but if it was our error, I sincerely apologize.
Well I'm glad we got it right on the third try, although we should have been able to assist you the first time you called. I'm sorry about the poor communication. We always try to contact a customer as soon as a sales lead comes in. If we are unable to reach a customer, we will typically call daily until we do. I'm not sure what happened in this case, but if you're dissatisfied, we obviously should have done a better job. As far as trade values go, we do not use wholesalers (middlemen) so our trade allowances are typically much higher than you would find elsewhere. Obviously there are always going to be cases where a customer feels their car is worth more, but I can honestly tell you we are not afraid
