Dealer tried to raise the price several times. Manager was supposed to contact me, he or she never did. They wanted me to finance through them, not my credit union. That probably was the final straw. Plus the mileage keeps changing along with price. Advertising games over there.

The dealer was great with responding to my inquiry almost immediately. A test drive was set up and I was reached out to multiple times for confirmation. I drove over 2 hours to get there to find the car was in horrible condition. The dealer did a great job of photo shopping the images put on the website. The car was dirty, the entire front and rear bumpers damaged and the side passenger door was dented with complete paint discoloration. Terrible experience and I will never go back. Buyers be ware.

Know what you are getting into here. They advertise a price on CarGurus and then when you call and ask the out the door price, they say that the advertised price is "after 20% down" and instantly add 20% to the advertised price. Not only is this sketchy and should be illegal, it also showcases that management and sales don;t even understand basic math. Adding 20% to a price is the same as discounting the final price by 16.67%, so their scheme (business model) should state that the advertised price is after 16.7% down. For example, 30K X 1.2 = 36K But 36K X 0.83 = 30K My advice is to not talk math and finance with people and institutions that are both openly deceptive and maybe more importantly, don;t even understand simple math / finance. Run far and fast.

A time has been made to test drivThe overall feeling with the operator is good, mainly in the following points: *There are many scratches on the exterior of the vehicle, which do not match the photos displayed on the website and need to be repaired. *The vehicle has no electricity, so it is impossible to complete the test drive and check the actual condition of the vehicle. *The most important thing is that the price of the operator on the website is too different from the actual selling price.e and inspect the vehicle and chat with him about the purchase.

The follow up from this dealership was pretty sub-par. I received one email. I asked if they shipped vehicles and how much it would cost. My question was not answered. My father passed and owned a mini. This is a very deep personal purchase for me, so I was super disappointed with the interaction I had.

I was quite interested in a car they had. I sent several requests for more information on the car. All I got was a string of auto generated emails. Each one started out telling me I was a valued customer. One even gave me a VIP ID number. Another gave me my own personal concierge. But NONE of the responses provided me with the information I had requested several times.

Amazing experience. Patrick helped me from beginning to end. Their reviews on here weren't looking so good but I called anyway cause I really liked the color and their Google reviews were so high. Whoever picked up the phone got Patrick the manger to help me. I'm in Texas so he said he would help me himself. Took pictures, facetime and answered all my questions. NO FEES. Facetimed me again when the car was getting picked up. Very happy with the experience. Thanks again BirdDog (love your nickname).

FULL ON SCAM. I read the other reviews before going but thought that if i called, and double checked the price and that the car was in fact still there, it would be fine. They confirmed it all over the phone, we drive an hour there, and they tell me that the prices listed are not including a 20% deposit, so the car is actually 20% more than what's listed.. are you crazy? i felt awful for the staff because they all seem to know what they are doing it wrong but have to do it anyways because it's not up to them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO HERE OR SUPPORT THE CROOK WHO IS RUNNING IT.

I will rate this dealer one a few days ago I went there looked at a car the salesmen gave one price and the young guy gave a different price and told me I miss understood him how to you purchase a car Toyota carolla that cost 18, 000 and with tax and all the shady shenanigans fees come up to 27,000 there are a Big SCAM!!!! Don't Waste Your Time and I Reported them

I had to call them several times left messages that were not returned. I kept calling and finally got through to Pablo a manager and found out it was his personal car. He would not sell me the car at the advertised price he wanted $5,000.00 more for the car the way it was advertised. I was extremely dissatisfied with the way I was handled especially when trying to buy a car for nearly $100,000.00 I would have wire transferred the money immediately. i would never try to buy another car from them again.

The dealer call me saying the car was ready for a test drive and when I reached there they said oh we are very sorry the car was supposed to be here but it will come tomorrow.If you are interested come back tomorrow and test drive.If the car was not ready why did they waste my time.As the car was not there I thought I would look around their lot and try to find something for myself.I did find a Volkswagen 2013 for $5300.When we asked the dealer to give us a test drive for this car he said that the cost of car is $5300 plus $1999 dealer fees plus registration and tax.This means that this dealer charges $1999 as dealer fees in addition to the price advertised.What a scam ?

The Price was quoted as $14,480 but after sitting down in their little sales room and waiting 10 minutes they came back with an all in price of over $20,000!!!!!! including over $3000 in dealer fees. I was a CASH BUYER!!!! Total waste of time and claim to price match any other dealer but didn't come close. To be more transparent the car should have had a sticker price of over $17,500 if they plan to charge crazy dealer fees like that. Totally misleading business practice designed to get customers in the door, frustrate them and then fleece them. Then continued to e-mail me trying to price match AND bad mouth other dealers. Happily chose to find a reputable family run dealer with clear pricing and no crazy hidden charges and greedy ad-ons. Dumbfounds me that businesses like this aren't better regulated!! Shop somewhere else!

Horrible. I was pre approved by capital one went there, left a 250.00 "fully refundable deposit" and all my credit information. Called numerous times and called so much they finally said that I wasnt approved that I was better off going with capital one. I called them back to ask when my refund would be issued to my card since there was no sales price and it was fully refundable. They told me I had to PHYSICALLY be present to issue refund. Out right lie. I told them I have no trouble disputing the charge. They are thieves......

Online price was not accurate .The vehicle price was marked up over $4,000 from the original online price 13,980 .After dealership fees (transportation fee,doc fee, inspection fee and forced warranty). At the end vehicle price was over 18k.

I inquired about a vehicle and received good response from the Mandii, i was handed over to a salesperson who was awful I had asked for a purchase offer and after waiting 4 hours still had not received the fax , no return phone calls or any sort of courtesy to enlighten me as to what was taking place.

It was terrible not helpful at all, I waited 3 days to hear back from dealer. Finally received a call from a manager named Noel, who according to him he could not disclose any type of pricing information on vehicle over the phone . He stated that it was NY’s law, so frustrating since I wanted to go to dealership with a certified bank check. Terrible when dealers continue with there reputation of not being transparent with customers. I believe at times that there are more willing to collect cars in there lot, than to sell them at a reasonable price to customers . Worst experience ever, why bother walking into the Lion dungeon, when they can’t be truthful on the phone.I wish I could give this experience zero stars as a rate. Unfortunately, that is not an option.

I was ready and willing to purchase this vehicle, but the extra $3000 mark up, that everybody was talking about, kept me from completing the deal! I understand a few hundred dollars dealers fees but No dealer jacks up the price that much!!!!

The out of state manager said all the cars are priced $2000-$3000 more that the advertised prices. The person I spoke with prior to the out of state manger was Mini, over text convo went like this. Me: “Hello Mini thank you for reaching out. Is it possible for you to answer the questions I asked in my email from CarGurus?” Mini: “When customers come in and waive their cash in my manager's face, firm prices go to negotiable real quick. Plan on financing? When you come in saying you're ready to sign today and drive home; firm prices go to negotiable real quick. We get hundreds of calls and emails a day and don't have the time to negotiate our prices in that manner, not when we have over 100 customers visiting the showroom each day to negotiate in person. Hope to see you soon.” “I am not pushing you to negotiate with me. In the original message I asked if the price is firm or negotiable. If the price is firm what is the total cost of the car including dealership fees etc.”

Overall okay experience. The price you see here is not true and several fees (~1500 total) will apply on top. But they do disclose these fees over the phone so I’m giving 3 star for that. The car was clean and good enough but I ended up not buying it.

Bait and switch I went to see this 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T AWD listed at 10,980, I'm expecting the normal DMV fees and taxes, when this people came back with all the numbers the price was almost $17,000. The percentage in taxes that I have to pay for a car listed at that price was 872.00 dollars, this people wanted to charge me only in taxes 1250.00 dollars, another 1,300.00 in dealers fee and almost 3000.00 out of the nothing, and their only answer was, "This is how we do business", with an little attitude like is I'm asking for a favor. I recommend no to do business is this people.

when you walk through the door you are greeted by the meatball, that is very helpful regardless of his name. He pointed me to the sales rep (the silver back), very helpful. As we were getting down to the point of the sale I decided to finance rather than buy out right and that is when I was introduced to big bird. So if you are going to apply for a loan, than see big bird because big bird has the word. And I would like to say word to big bird. During the negociations of the sale I offered my trade in along with cash on hand and financing only a portion of the car. Big bird was reluctant but than with a abrupt head nod from Lurch it was on like donkey Kong. I do say I had a mixed bag of emotions with this dealership. At first I was furious and wanted to walk away (which I did and went back the next day). What can I say, they had the car I wanted. As things were wrapping up I had a good conversation with the american Neji, because even though he lost he came back to win in the end.

The worst experience of my life. They are liars. I went back three times to purchase a car and they kept working the numbers and adding hidden fees to try and beat me over the head. The internet prices are a scam. They lied to the point even the sales agent Santana advised me to leave that I was just getting jerked around what a shame. I got quoted 12890 for a Altima and the price was hiked up with dealers fees to 18,000 dollars. What a rip off! And to think I gave you guys a chance, let me correct three chances. AVOID AT ALL cost!

Queens Auto Mall is a crook! When you visit them to buy a car they will introduce you will $3000 extra fees for no reason, when I asked for description they said it's cleaning and doc fees. $3000 for cleaning a car! Beware with these crooks dear buyers!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I was there for 2 hrs and I didn't get to test drive the car I was looking at. They wanted me to take financial responsibility for the car before I could test drive it. Im Flabbergasted I spent 2 hrs with them and I didn't even drive the car!!! Went over everything in the car. It looked clean. That was the only saving Grace I am appalled by the way I was treated!!! Very high pressure sales tactics I wasn't able to get a line by line price!! They just talked about how much my payment would be And it was over 75% more per month then I have been quoted at other dealerships. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

I contacted the agent who replied to my email but it seems they aren’t organized and not helpful, whoever we couldn’t reach a deal due to the fact there is hidden fees excluding taxes that about $ 2000 upper the advertised price of the car as per the agent.

Don’t waste your time. I read the reviews and decided let me see for myself. One let’s start with the car outside was nice I’m not going to lie. Inside of the car could have been better stains in the seats. I start the car and it gave a very strong ammonia smell. The guy that was dealing with me he knows nothing about cars unless he knows and acting like he doesn’t. Closing deal that made me leave and realize this is a shady dealer, I wanted a test drive and that wasn’t available unless I run my credit first so I must get a hard inquiry on my credit for something I’m not even sure I’m getting. To top it off it has a emergency call malfunction error on the dash. I’m not pulling my credit for something I’m not sure I’m getting and I’m not spending this kind of money on a car with errors on the dash or ammonia smelling exhaust. Horrible ! I was told on the phone and via email that I could test drive the car and the price waa $9,980.00. We drove 11/2 hrs to Queens to look at the car only to get there find no parking. They finally opened an on street spot for us. When they located the car on their lot it was wedged in the back part of the lot behind the building. Could barely walk around the car to look at it or open the hood. And a sticker price of over $16,000. They told us no we weren't able to test drive it due to the rain and no insurance on the vehicle. When we sat down with the salesman the numbers jumped from $9,980 to over $14,000.00. Due to hidden added on cost such as recon fees, taxes, transport cost etc. We left feeling that not only because we were two women they figured we would be easy pickins but that this is a shady outfit. Found a car at a local and very reputable dealership with a more than fair price and no hidden fees.

Very nice staff and fhey did answer all of my questions. However, I was very unhappy with the unnecessary fees lumped onto the 2012 Audi A5 . It seems you cant pay the 11,980 plus tax and simply buy the car. They try and make you pay an additional $995-3000 additional just in fees. And when I asked for the price in cash , I was given an amount of over 15,000 even if it's in cash. This experience left me with a very bad taste with this dealership. The only way I would consider buying this car if it was the $11,980 + plus tax, definitely not more than that.

Great experience. I came from New Jersey and they did not waste my time. They gave me all of the information that I asked for and didnt beat around the bush in term of pricing. Response for info was very quick. Salesman was great n not pushy, 5 stars to the salesman. Viewed the vehicle the next day. Fees are $2,700 over the CG low ad price, 1 star for the surprise fees. Not a great deal. Was able to negotiate down some but didn't purchase.

Horrible!! Everything was great up until i drove the car home. The third brake light panel and brake light itself flew off on the highway that night so i went back to the dealer on my day off which was 4 days later and they said they couldnt help because the piece was too expensive so i asked them how much they were willing to pay so that i can put the rest and they switched it up and said they couldn’t help me because that piece couldve been stolen and there aas no proof it flew off while i was driving. What am I supposed to show a video of it flying away? Very upset with the way they handled my situation. Its ok for them to hound you when you walk in and say all the right things for you to buy the car then when something goes wrong they are no help at all smh

Very professional and polite staff. The salesman was courteous and friendly, and understood my price range and worked within my specifications. They did not push financing, (which is a car dealerships bread and butter), and honored the advertised pricing without bumping it up for my cash offer. Unfortunately the car we focused on didn't meet our standards (too many issues) but that is obviously not the fault of the staff. I would recommend to others because of my positive experience.

very bad customer sevice. selena named girl i spoke to her regarding the car and she said the car is still available you can come to see it, we went and the car was sold they waisted our time. and when i called her she was not answering her phone. very bad i would never refer anybody to that dealer ship.

The Salesman was juvenile, mocking my accents after I told him to give a receipt for $100 deposit for the car. This Salesman and the Manager gave me a receipt with no refund for any deposit and told me to "Take their word for the deposit" that it will be refunded if they did not satisfy their end of the agreement. All over the dealership there is a written policy that there is no refund, and on the receipt. I wanted to purchase the car, but mocking your customer accents is immature. I will never recommend this dealership to anybody.

The greeter was friendly enough. He showed me the car I was interested in and had me wait in the seating area. After filling out forms, I waited there for 45 minutes for a sales agent whom I spoke to for less than one minute. He put two prices in front of me with corresponding warranties and said "that's what I can offer you- pick one to sign, and we'll get you finalized". I asked to at least test drive the car and was denied the request, because it was raining outside. When I said I had to think about the prices he offered, the sales agent immediately stood up, shook my hand, and said "nice to meet you" while walking away. I went thinking I was going to drive a new car home but will never return to this dealership.

I purchased a Mazda 6 2017 on Memorial Day, & I absolutely love it! The reason why I gave the dealer three stars was simply because after I paid for the car, I noticed the back of the remoteless key was missing the key & the back piece. I questioned the manager (BOSS) about it, he had an attitude & overall couldn’t help me with my issue. All he had to say was “the salesmen left already”. So I asked “is there anything you can do?” He states, “I’m the boss, and I’m telling you I can’t do anything.” Also I was promised a oil change, vacuum & car wash once I purchased the car and I didn’t get neither of it. I understand it was Memorial Day and I left at 8, but they could of Prep the car once I agreed to buy it. When I left the dealership the car was very dusty, but I assumed that’s probably from being parked for so long. The person who sold me the car was ray. He was friendly but also seemed like he was rushing the purchase simply because of my age. Once I got home I noticed the car was missing a cap on one of the tires, and it had a minor dent.

I should gone by the review I went put a deposit down was coming back with the rest of the down payment cause did not want to use co signer . And they sold the car after I put deposit down to hold car and was in communication with sales person . People stay away read reviews they are true.still trying to get hold of manger at this place I had receipt and my application was done and approved. sales person text and was like it was sold but we have other cars.. this is how they do business I will be reporting them to better business bureau. This was uncalled for and they need to be reported.

I emailed and spoke to a Sales Staff several times. Upon our arrival we were informed that the contact person was not a Sales person. We were assiated by a Sales Staff and we were able to look at bith Rogues of interest, They both did not have the Moonroof and stated and we were not offer to test drive either vehicle due to we discussed Finances. We both were disappointed to drive six hours for vehicles that did not have the amenties we wanted.

This dealership epitomizes a used car dealer. I was greeted at the door by a fast talking salesman. He wanted to show me every car that was expensive and that the dealer wanted to get out of the inventory. I already knew what I wanted to see. Once I determined if I wanted the car I came to see, the dealer gauged my commitment to purchase. Once they determined I was a serious buyer, their service transitioned from friendly to haggling and honestly...terrible. They tries to trap me with their finance. They were dissatisfied when they realized they couldn't convince me to give up more money. A positive was that they were honest and blunt about the realities of their business. Still, their service was very antsy and unconcerned. I knew the dealer had bad ratings before I went in but I didn't understand why. I now know that the dealer is looking to get as much money as they can while giving you the least for your dollar. They charge $1000 to use a finance option that is not them on top of a $500 dealership fee. And if you decide go get a car that is not $60k + don't even think about timely service.

Do not trust them telling you a car is in stock. I drove 5 hours round trip for a car I was told was in stock, when in fact it was sold. They do have a large selection of cars but unfortunately wanted only the car I came to see.

BAD!!! they try to attract people by advertising low prices on their vehicles on all websites but it actually is about 5k higher. I email them asking why they advertise 33k on a vehicle on cargurus and on their own website says 38k, i never got a respond. They crearly try to avoid this question. Even other reviews mention how they try to pump up the price when you actually trying to get a car. Stay away unless you dont mind over paying.

Deceptive sales tactics or in plain English, this company practices the old bait and switch. I wish the 3rd party site that directed me to this dealer had a way of vetting these low life dealerships that do this to people. I was contacted by the dealership literally seconds after entering my info on a 3rd party site. I made an appointment right away to come see the car in 2 days (It was the soonest I could there). The evening before I was supposed to go see the car THEY called me to confirm that I was still coming. I told them "yes. As long as the car is still there, I'll be there first thing in the morning." They said ok great and confirmed my appointment. I get there before they even open and when they do, I meet one of their salespeople Michael I. He starts showing me a different car and when I show him the car that I came to get, he looks it up on his phone and informs me that it's been sold already. They knew this before I traveled from Yonkers to Queens..all they had to do was tell me. God forbid that a used car dealer be straight forward and honest with you. Needless to say I was pretty ticked off that they had wasted my time and walked out as Michael tried to convince me that they had other cars. I wouldn't trust this dealership again nor would I recommend them to anyone. If you go there you're doing so at your own risk. Don't say you weren't warned. If they are willing to lie to you about whether they have a car or not you can bet the house that everything that comes out of their mouth after that will more than likely be a lie also. The vehicles I wanted wasn't there. I was super disappointed. I did leave with a vehicle, though. Everyone was pleasant. I will not rate it 4/5 stars because I did not like the idea of getting there and the vehicle I called for (they said it was there), got there; but it wasn't.

Just like everyones else experience, called about the car i wanted, was told that they have it available. once i got there miraculously the car been sold. waist of gas. even though employee was sorta helpful, don't waist people's time just to attract them to your dealership. and if you pick to go there just prepare to hear that they don't have the car you called about.

I contacted the dealership about a 2011 Hyundai Elantra with 31,000 miles on it. I spoke with Salena and set up an appointment. Verified the appointment the day before and called the dealership and verified with them before I left to head there. I explained to them I was driving two hours and wanted to make sure the vehicle had not been sold. They verified with me that the vehicle was there. I got there two hours later and the car was not there. The sales associate immediately tried showing us other cars they had which were much higher in milage and price. It was just a scam to get us in there and try to sell us another car. I would have appreciated honesty being that I drove for two hours to get there and had verified multiple times with multiple people at the dealership that the car was there. They wasted my time and I would suggest not to deal with queen's automaker because they are not trust worthy.

I called them and they said the chrisler town and contry2015 with 8000 miles was available but when I went there this car didn’t exist they do this just to bring the customers to their dealer The person was was nice . Very disappointed I would recommend to waste your trip going there

No that great . They seemed very uninterested once i told them i was purchasing with my own financing and the price went up roughly $3000.00. They offer an internet price but after the fact they lure you into dealership to then tell you that the price doesn't include a $2000.00 down payment. Dont waste your time

First of all, sit down and grab a drink....salesman wait outside like the homeless looking for a dollar...the prices shown are only to draw you in...In my situation a list price went from $20,980 to $22,980...even when I showed them the listing...? Then they say that that doesn't include $2k down? So then the price goes up to $24,980. They will never go down on price...you can talk until you are blue in the face. They will gloss over any repairs needed to the car and say its fine. They try to get you to finalize a contract before seeing if they did any repairs or addressed any concerns. Of course they try to sell you a very expensive warranty, which probably has more loop holes than swiss cheese. THEN comes the FEES...oh yes...roughly $2K to $3K. THEN they give you a 6% interest, even if you are a 700 credit score. So when you walk into this place...just add $5k to $7k to the price and hope your car is worth it. They say they are the lowest prices in the country...sure on the internet...but when you get there it all changes...at least for me it did. I had to give a 1 star rating..otherwise it would be a 0....Deal with a private owner instead of this place.

Initial response quick and responsive but the issues are that they insisted on financing when I wanted to pay in full, also they are very opaque with costs and now having problems with the car- check engine light and struts and can only get an appointment a week out near the dealer which is in no way convenient

Bait and switch!!! Went to see a car they advertised for an attractive price when i got there after driving for an hour and speaking with a sales rep. Before I got there they told me it sold 3 hours ago but they have other ones. I would not go back there.

The dealer ship lies. They claim they dont take deposits and hold vehicles, yet they took a deposit from someone and held the vehicle for about 2 weeks when I was ready to buy. They also never took the vehicle off the site yet they claimed the vehicle was sold. The price advertise is not the price of the vehicle, they add 2gs to the price claiming that the internet price is showed after a 2gs down payment. The experience was very very bad. I would not reccomend this place to anyone

When I got there , 30 minutes into looking at the car, the sales person tells me that I have to FINANCE at LEAST half the car price. The reason they have low prices LISTED is because they get a KICK BACK from the bank that can range as HIGH as $3,000 depending on your Credit Score. Plus you get penalized if you want to pay for the car all in Cash. What a waste of time. They will appear always on the best price or below price but don't be fooled as they get you on the back end with this bank finance fee. They call it a BANK APPLICATION FEE. Don't go, you will be disappointed. Hidden fees will jack up the cost of your car purchase.

I strongly suggest avoiding Queens Auto Mall. This place of business is shady. The prices listed are only good if you finance through them. Upon making my initial inquiry about the car, I asked if the price I saw online was accurate. Now, I know why they avoided answering that question. Likewise, the advertised priced does not include a required downlayment. When I stated I wanted to make a cash deal, the price of the car I was interested in increased by $4500. Buyer beaware!

This was by far ... the worst experience ever! They get you in and make lies up and give your false information and will have you stressed and confused. The workers Amer and Mark are miserable liars! They talk in their language and make things up as you go! They offered me a car that I never asked for and it was never on the lot. They told me to give them 250$ if I wanted temporary TAGS the same day of the car purchase! They told me the total price of the car was 7,975 and I had warranty for free included and come to find out .. they added a random 1600 to my total cost and then told me I had to leave because I was standing up against them scammers! I bought the 2009 vw eos please read the fine print before going here to purchase a car the prices listed on line already include a $2000 deposit. I had an engine light go on and had to take the 3 hr drive to get the car serviced and find a way back to jersey ( no loaners ). They did however correct the problem . Please take all things into consideration if you are coming from jersey to purchase a car here.

Didn't like the price switch. When I got there they told me to add $2000 to the advertised price of $5980 PLUS an $1800 car preparation fee...WOW. I had $6500 CASH in my pocket ready to buy a car. Their loss. Show the REAL price and don't waste people's time.

Terrible dealer. Its a scam DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Found a car got a certified check. I drove 1-1/2 hours to there location. The price suddenly wasn't what they said. It doubled and the option to purchase was contingent an even higher price. I called several times over the phone to make sure it could happen. They lied and I wasted several hours. They know what there doing is wrong but don't care. I am calling NYS better business bureau.. SERIOUSLY DONT BOTHER it's a bait and switch. By the way place was dead.

They aren't honest. They are swindlers. The price posted as the price of the car is a lure to get you to come in. They then tell you that amount is financing. The total price of the car is 11,000 so the price is not what you see as advertised. Simple lying.....terrible service and attitude when questioned

Awfulll. Took them 30 min to locate the car I had appointment to see with three kids. It happened to be at lot across the street. There were rusty razor blades every where and the car was. Which was the biggest piec of junk I've ever seen. Dont think pics shown were even same vehicle. Very disappointed and aggravated. I will never shop there again

This was bad, plain and simple. The dealer did not have the vehicle and probably never did. Different sales folks had different stories about the vehicle and they had no decency abut causing me to make multiple trips to the dealership on account they had magically found the car which was a lie. One of my friends described their tactics as a "bait and switch" which was disrespectful as they tried to offer non-comparable year, make and model vehicle instead of the one advertised. Disgraceful and I cannot in good conscience recommend any buyer to shop here.

I did not end up buying a car from dealership, so my rating will be on just based on the visit. Initially contacted dealership about an Audi A6 they had in inventory, set up a time to see and test drive vehicle, upon arrival I was told the vehicle sold the day before and was told that it takes a few days for sold vehicles to update on cargurus, even though they sent me a text confirming my appointment the previous day...... the day the car sold. This was a red flag for me. I agreed to look at other cars they had in inventory since I was already there. Many of the cars were luxury cars, but were in rough shape. Mercedes had zip ties on the bumper, cars had high mileage, interiors were worn, missing nobs and asking prices were fairly high and sketchy. The price you see on car gurus is if you finance only, and if you pay the car outright they will charge you more for the vehicle then what is being advertised so I was told. Being an engineer by trade I can tell a lot just by listening to how a car starts and sounds at idle one car an infinity G35 I looked at most deffinetly had future engine and transmission problems if not already but I was told that they perform inspections and was being guaranteed no issues. Like I said prior I did not end up buying a vehicle and can only rate based on browsing but I would make the recommendation to do your research and make sure you bring vehicles to your own mechanic to run diagnostics prior to any purchase from this dealership, also get the VIN directly from the car and search all of the records yourself.

It says on the website the price for the 2014 black Camaro is $13,980. My parents and I drove 2 hours to go look at the car and was going to buy it until we got there. We walk in and asked to look at the Camaro... they didn't know if they even had it. Then we got to the car and the tires were warn down, the car was all scratched and the car rattled when I went to start it. The dealer/manager named John wanted $15,980 for it which is $2,000 more then what they listed for it on the site. Plus I called 3 times to make sure before I drive 2 hours that the price was still the same. I was told it was still $13,980. So my parents and I asked the "manager" John if we could negotiate the car for a lower price. He flat out told my parents no and that we would not find a better deal anywhere else. He told us we weren't listening to him and that if we went anywhere else the price would be higher. The place is a scam.

the price online stated 10980 then was told it was 12980 never got a copy of papers we signed so have to go back to queens a 1 hour drive from ct have tried to call several times to check on fax i sent for emissions but mo one seems to know so i don't know if they received it have to check when i get there . i was also told we could not get a loan from bethpage credit union and they got us a loan from m and t at 60 months for 5 plus interest for 60 months then i got a letter from bethpage saying i was approved for loan for 72 months at 3 percent so i have tried to email selena several times but not have not been answered and the van had a lot of water damage we had to strip it remove carpet and seats to clean out mud . The staff was very nice and they were great and stayed late to get everything done and we left with van . they just need to be a little more on top of their paper work and follow up . And just advertise the price including 2000 down and they would not get the shock response of thats not really the price it does not include 2000 down so its really this . no one was rude and they were very helpful just need to adjust a few things .

I set up an appointment on Friday to for Monday to see the car. Then on Sunday I kept them up to date about my second choice. I called and confirmed Five hours before my appointment time on That day... then I get there to find out that my first choice sold on Friday and second sold that same morning. No one called so I don't make the trip on vain. I had to travel far! I tried to look at other cars but they sarcasm level were too much for me so I had to leave.

Told us they had the car in stock when they didn't, knowing that we were booking tickets right then to come and see it, traveling 2 hours expressly for this car. Once we got there they didn't even pretend to apologize but just showed us more expensive versions of the car we had come to see. Finished it all of by insulting us and making sexist comments about me personally. Disgusting dealership that has other terrible reviews online! Read up before you go, and avoid doing business with such scummy characters.

They are a bunch of liars who fake a good price so that you can take a trip there and they can tell you that they just sold the car for double the price that is listed in this website.... I find it very funny that everything got weird after I showed them the ad showing a low price. I called twice and verified with two different people that the van was still in the dealer. I contacted the dealer about the 2012 Toyota Sienna XLE they advertised since I was interested in this car but received an alert from another website that it was SOLD! The dealer assured me that they still have the car. However, as soon as I had specific questions about the car itself, about a possible test drive - they never responded. I sent several emails to their "internet" sales person, but she simply ignored all of my emails, and did not bother to respond to any of them, as soon as it became evident that it won't be easy to lure me in. It became evident that they just used this car as a bait to get me to their lot, even though I told them that I would have to take a day off and rent a car to get there. They have no conscience what so ever. Their only purpose is to get the customer into the dealership then try to sell whatever they want to sell, which is usually at a far higher rate than what I planned to spend and regardless of my interest. I would never buy anything from here and tell everyone to STAY AWAY from this place.

It was horrible. It was a 4 hrs waste of time. There was a major disconnect as the sales rep Fred did not know the status of the inventory. Selena the call rep confirmed that the car is available before my visit. I wasted 30 mins searching for the car with the sales rep. Another 30 mins checking the car as it had to be jump started although I had an appointment. When I insisted talking to the manager on price there was a major reluctance from Fred. At last I had to escalate when the manager Ray met me. He walked out asking me to wait then came back and told me the car is already sold. If you are prepared to waste your valuable time, you may visit.

Disgusting. Bait and switch. Call me 5 times to make sure I'm coming to see the car including morning that I'm going. Twice as a matter of fact. Get there no one knows where the car is walk us over to three different places all the while telling what I should look at. Then scream at my wife when she got disgusted with the whole scan. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had trying to buy a vehicle. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

It was a Horrible Experience, I was pushed into another vehicle due to the banks not wanting to finance a vehicle with 7 previous owners, then tried to have me pay 24% interest. Would not recommend to anyone.

I don't know how this dealer is still able to post ads on these car sale websites. The websites must have some stock or financial agreement with each other. Multiple reviews have stated they post cars which aren't currently in their possession to drive customers there. You call and ask him the car is available and they said yes. Then when you get there they try and have you fill out paperwork and the whole 9 yards before even seeing the car. Then when you want to see the car it's being serviced for repairs. Is this a joke? I has an appointment to see the car then all the sudden it's not there. Then they ask you a question if you like any car there they have available like get the he'll out of here. I warned anybody just don't waste your time going to this dealer for any ads you see because its simply a bait and switch scheme.

Told me all 3 cars I saw online are gone and proceed to try to sell me more expensive car, which is fine. But then they said if I don't financing it though them, I will have to pay the retail price, which is twice as much. But if I do decide to finance through them, then the processing fee is $2k. ???? Stay away from this dealer, they will post great deals online to get you to go to the store. I believe this is a scam or at least not a honest business.

Excellent Customer Service! They were willing to give me a "final" price over phone, including fees, taxes, etc. (talk to Billy) VERY TRANSPARENT!! NO FALSE ADVERTISMENT!! Unfortunately I couldn't get there to close deal (far distance) fast enough. The car was already gone! Oh, they are not PUSHY at all, they just did a courtesy follow up. To give you an idea, of the charges: Car Price on CarGuru: $11,800 Reconditioning Fee: $900 (replace brakes, tires, etc) NY Taxes: $1,111 Registration Transfer: (whatever was left on my other car) They offered an estimate financing deal based on my credit and downpayment. Billy is the guy to talk to!

If I could give this dealership minus 5 stars I would. Back and forth e-mails never answering my 1 question which was very simple. I wanted to know if there was damage on the passenger rear quarter panel. After almost 3 weeks of asking, I finally realized that this is not a real dealership and is certainly not reputable.

Warning!!! Lot of touch up paint and so so so shady. I dealt with the appointment cordinator who setup the appointment at 8pm, since I live 2.5hrs away and she said they would stay late. So before I left I called to confirm that the car will be drivable and that my main purpose is to drive the vehicle. She said it will be ready and that she would be there. I left early and got there at 7:15pm. At the reception desk a saleman walked by burped loudly and was proud about it, so I commented that it was really unprofessional. I asked for my contact and they said she wasn't there and that a different salesperson would help me. I was financing so he said before we drive the car I have to fill out a credit application. I have never done this in my life. He then asked for my w2s and I said no one told me I had to have my w2 and an approved loan to drive a vehicle. He said that it is the dealership's policy. I later called the dealer and talked to the appointment coordinator and told her that she should have told me their policy of having to be approved first, which would have led me to just test drive the vehicle any where and then just apply at their dealer. Also, I had an 2007 Audi S4 was trading in but the salesmen kept saying how do we know if the bank is going to give you a second or third loan. I had to tell him twice i didnt owe money on the car and didnt have any debt and that I make significant income. I told him i was there to drive the vehicle and not sign paperwork, because I am comparing the 2010 Panamera Turbo against a 2012 Panameta S4 17k miles with 100k warranty at a Porsch dealer that is the same price. I didn't want them blasting my credit report with tons of credit checks dropping my score. He went to get his manager who came out and went right into the fact that he isn't going to let the vehicle out of the building 15 min. before they close, and that there is no way we can close the deal that night. I told him that I got there at 7:15pm, that I had a 8pm appointment, drove 2.5hrs to get there, was never told about their policy and not even sure if I am buying thier .. He should have made an exception because no one drives 2.5 hrs to kick tires. I told him I kept my word and even showed up early and that he should keep his word that I could test drive the vehicle. I repeated my self that he should keep his word and he refused. I told him that he should be embarrassed and he just kept say he is not. I asked for the general manager multiple times by phone but neither available and never called me back. I imagine they take advantage of people who have never bought a car to force them to by their car by degrading their credit report.

The salesman was very helpful. The photos posted were very misleading. The vehicle has a lot of damage but the photos showed a clean pristine vehicle. The price didn't match the condition of the vehicle. Very disappointing.

I actually bought a Nissan rogue (because the murano was never there) they advertise a $6k car to get u there; when u get there "...it's just sold....." The Nissan rouge has a dented panel & missing the gps chip I was told I would have in 1 week (being shipped from the dealer) went there "the mechanics left" no one called me yet, no one answered my email!! I am not important anymore, I already bought the car!! No gps usage and a dented back panel!! Would I go back there to buy my daughters 1st car? Hell no!'

I wasnt given a test drive option. Was told I had 30 days to drive it and as a new buyer I said ok. I picked up the car and I noticed something was wrong with the transmission. I called the next day and they rebuilt the transmission. Now I'm stuck with a car that I'm still paying for and I'm now afraid that it could go bad again once the 4 months warranty runs out. PLEASE do yourself a favor and if your buying from them don't buy the car unless you test drive it.
