Had a deal with the Salesmen and the individual went behind my back an sold the vehicle to someone else. The he had nerve when I comforted him about the sale, would I still want to come in and look at other vehicles.

I'll never have anything good to say about the way you do business there. Even though I'm in
California, I would at least expect SOME respect to not have been been utterly just tossed to the
side for a quick buck. Despicable! I was trying everything I could to get somebody to take my
money there but it wasn't quick and easy sale because of the logistics, so I was out. I was trying
to purchase a truck after filling out the credit app and waiting for a final sales price, they sold the
vehicle out from under me. Don't trust a word they tell you there at precision toyota of Tucson,
and if you do, then you will be giving all of your hard earned money blindly up front hoping you
get what you want, otherwise, you'll be tossed to the side for profit instead of service. If you want
to buy something without questioning the price or value and pay whatever they want and right
now, well then have at it. You deserve what you get!

I have to give 3/5 stars. They did work to get me the best rates however it took three days for me to even get some sort of deal. I’m not from their location so I needed a deal fairly quickly being that I looked and had been offered on three other vehicles. They did have great communication on what was going on and stuff just seemed to take a lot longer than most dealerships.

I made appointment to see the car, no one called me to say hey the car was sold.
I go to the lot walk around then Lamont said oh it's not here the car is sold.
I just left will not be going back at all.
Would should have happen is he should have called me, said hey the car is sold, but we have other models you might be interested in come on please let me show you. No he was playing games. No time for games time is money.

Jorge and Enrique were amazing and i ended up deciding on a 2013 Land Cruiser. They were both attentive and informative without any pressure. I would highly recommend them and

The vehicle price did not include a $750 fee for floor mats and trunk mat. This was not a deterrent of me buying the vehicle because the price of the vehicle as equipped was definitely lower than any other dealership in Tucson or Phoenix anyways. Great service and treatment, never felt pushed to buy either.

This dealer was very hard to negotiate with. Rather than take a
reasonable offer after the vehicle had been listed for sale for at least 6 weeks, they decided to wholesale the vehicle. After I had found another vehicle at another dealership, they finally came down to a realistic price, but I had already found a better vehicle for the same price that same day. If they had offered me the vehicle at their last ditch price the day before, I would have bought it. I would not return to this dealership for a used vehicle again.

Car was not ready too be sold, I asked for a price on the car, the dealer could not provide me with a asking price, they also said the car was being inspected and they could not sell it until the inspection was complete, they said the inspection could take up to 10 days to complete, your site showed the car had been on the market for fifteen days. I told the dealership this and they said the car is being advertized by third party and they had no control over it, I asked to be notified when the car would be available, I have not anything yet.

We didn't have chance to see it. We spoke to a sales officer and fixed an appointment next day to see the car. When we reached there, the sales officer whom we have talked, went to get the car for us but found that the car was already gone. He helped us to find another car (a different make and model) which was way costlier than the one we were interested. This experience was not good for us as we have expected a bit of professionalism from the communication perspective. The sales officer was very helpful and friendly. I had no hard feeling for him but it was the dealership system that disappointed us.

Great people at Precision Toyota of Tucson. From the moment I walked into the dealership until the moment I drove off in my new Toyota Highlander, the experience was excellent. Great people!! Salesman Vince was extremely helpful in accommodating me in every way. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used car. Gene was very cordial and took the time to complete the final contract even at 9 pm! I shopped online, found the perfect car, and am thoroughly satisfied with the whole process.

First person was a little rude. I called, left phone message, and he returned a text that said "I'm busy, call back later". So dealing with someone else.
If this person would have said it a different way, it would be different. Even answered the phone, said Can I call you back later, I'm with a client, this would have been better.
