I was contacted several times during the day to ensure that I would come to my appointment even receiving videos about the car. Only two reach to the appointment after a long day of work to be told that the car was no longer there. If a customer is coming to view a specific car and you have the technology to continue to contact the customer they should have the decency to contact the customer to inform them that the car they're coming to see has been sold

It very good they worked with me and I purchased the van.
Asked for the price of the car with processing fees, tax, and tag and never received response. I also offered to put a deposit down. I received a couple calls encouraging me to come in to see the car, but I had no interest in seeing the car without working out the total cost before hand. It felt like a bait and switch to me.
I would recommend avoiding the dealership.

Had a great experience working with Luke Pomper. He was very knowledgeable and receptive to
what I wanted without all the pushy sales routine. I would recommend him if you're looking to

Napleton's = garbage!
Made an appointment at 8:36 in the morning for 4:15 that day and received a text to confirm. At 12:23 the dealership sent me another text of a video of the vehicle I made an appointment for. When my wife and I arrived at 3:30 that day we were informed that the vehicle was sold that morning. Sorry for the inconvenience, but here is an older model or a more expansive model. After we agreed that we would look at another vehicle we were informed that one of the additional fees is a $3,000 reconditioning fee on all used vehicles. Once again Napleton's = GARBAGE!

Very customer friendly. I was impressed by the fact that I didn't make it in time to purchase the vehicle they contacted me and informed me that the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold, however they offered me a good price on another one.
Dealer responded and sent pictures as requested in a timely manner. The sales agent presented himself professional and knowledgeable of its product.

I was interested in a vehicle they had on the lot. The salesman was responsive until I ask about rust since the vehicle had been in the rust belt for a while. I never heard back from the salesman, but continued to get emails from them.

15-20 min for the VIP appointment, only for nobody to approach us. We took it upon ourselves to view the Jeep
we were interested in, and it was dirty as if a group of people took the vehicle for a joy ride. Needless to say,
we took our business elsewhere

Finally In the middle of working the deal on this car (2 days back n forth) with one of 3 people that I was passed around to ( the mustn't want
to sell their cars that badly) and suddenly the dealership CHANGED THE PRICE OF the listing by over $6k!! MIDDLE OF WORKING THIS

A bunch of unprofessional people work here, they obviously don’t communicate with coworkers or staff.
I was purchasing a vehicle.. not the middle of it but towards the end just needing them to redo paperwork for me to sign, All three individuals involved in this process mysteriously took the same day off, the day I needed everything done by.
The next day they say Oh the car was sold.
Why did they not put that the car was pending when I was clearly in paperwork to do so.. Mike told me to leave a deposit im glad I didn’t I would be out of money right now. Just unprofessional would never recommend them to anyone.

Website advises contactless purchasing yet after trying exactly that for a little over a week I finally made it in,in person with Uber to my pre scheduled appointment-to be told the car had just been sold!!! Everyone there was very helpful in making my purchase as breeze. I set an appointment for when they opened and was greeted by my salesman and the staff. Very smooth transaction and just a pleasure dealing with all of them. Will gladly travel a few hours to deal with them in the future since their prices were far better than those in the Orlando area.

This truck had more damage than was shown in the pictures! I was sent back and forth between buildings twice, due to the salesmen not knowing which trucks were theirs! Not a good reflection on the dealership!!

They might have a good price on their vehicles but then they tell you there are $5,000-$6,000 in extra fees. Ends up not being a good deal at all. Just tricking people to get their info and then try to sell them something.

Initial salesperson was fine. Then both my wife and I starting getting calls from other salesperson and some claiming to be a manager. I was pre-approved for a loan and advised them to stop contacting me because I was no longer interested.

This dealership lists a vehicle at a low price to get you to go to the dealership or contact them about a vehicle. They they add thousands in fees above
taxes, tags and title. Three was a $1849 "conditioning fee." I have never heard of such a fee. Very shady! Even a great vehicle conditioning/detail is only
a few hundred dollars. Buyers beware!

Drove 60 miles after making a VIP appointment when arriving was told car was not on lot. Heading home got a call car arrived back on lot.Drove back and looked at car. Sitting down with salesman said car was worth 18000 but if they listed it at that price no one would look at it.So they add all sorts of fees like dealer fees registration fee that was WAY too much. Salesman first Price out the door was over 21000 for a 14000 car with no warranty and tires that are 13 years old and airbag warning light on. Don’t waste your time with this dealership

Their call center is deceiving in the promises they make or infer just to get you into the door. They
are not sales people that they pretend to be.
It would be a much better experience if you would be able to talk directly with a sales person from
the initial contact through a purchase.
Horrible experience. Sent request on 2 cars not just this one. Sent request at 1030am, got appt at 430pm to view cars. Told them i was driving 1 hr to see cars so if they sold to contact me. Got there at 430pm and neither car was available. After much complaining sales person fessed up that internet tells customers cars are available even though they may not be there so they can sell them other car. Bait and switch...
Friendly enough, but everything was about coming in for an appointment. They are 93 miles away from me and would NOT give me any drive-out pricing. I took their car price, tax, dealer fee, paperwork fee, and license/registration fee and added it all up and asked, "So, this is about what I'm looking at?", only to be told he's not a numbers guy, but come in for an appointment so we can talk about it. If he can't tell me on the phone, or text, or email, how can he tell me in person? So, I told him if there was no one there who could tell me the drive-out price, I'm not driving 3 hours just to find out. Shame. I was seriously considering the car.

Car was sold three hours before I inquired about it. I wanted to start the buying process virtually but they told I needed come in. They did not verify the car was still available and I also waited an hour before I got any service. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.
My wife set up a ‘virtual appointment’ with them. They never contacted us, when we called we were on hold for 20 minutes, getting passed around to multiple people, finally spoke to the person who said they were the general manager. When we asked what incentives were included in the price, he said he didn’t know and would call us back in 5 minutes. We never heard back from anyone
I was very interested in buying this truck with credit pre approved and they kept giving me the run-around. Made several appointments to go and get it, and three different time when I was going out the door to go there, contacted them just to make sure that vehicle was available and ready to be sold because of the 3hour drive I was about to do on all those 3 times and at the last minute they accepted the car was still waiting for the “final safety inspection”. Very upset because they were expecting me to drive 3 hours one way just to tell me the car was not available and try to sell me a different car! Not happy at all.

Experience started out good, they contacted me about
my inquiry on the vehicle, and gave me all the info I
wanted. A couple days later I informed them I wanted to
go ahead with the purchase, they got my credit card info
to put a small amount of the down payment on to hold
the vehicle, and asked me to fill out an online credit
application to go with my loan preapproval which dinged
my credit with a hard inquiry. About two hours later I
received a call from a different person saying they sold
the vehicle to someone else, and they had a more
expensive vehicle they wanted to sell me.(no thanks)
They may be good for local purchases, but I would not
recommend for out of state purchase like mine would
have been.

Not very satisfied. Poor communication between "internet sales team" and the actual sales
team that is at the dealer. I was trying to purchase a vehicle from out of state and they
were being very difficult getting back to me with an answer and claimed "it is the end of
the month so it is very busy here". Eventually just said screw and will buy a car somewhere
else! I would not recommend dealing with them if you are out of state and serious about
buying!

I was contacted multiple times to confirm my appt and when I got there, the guy wasn’t there and the vehicle was still in service and not ready for my test drive. But I’ll give the dealer 3 stars only because the salesman Luke who ended up getting stuck trying to quickly get me the vehicle to test drive. He was totally no pressure and if I had any questions he found the answers. A very easy sales guy to deal with.

Demos car that was on empty even after I pointed out to sales rep and that I know the fuel light status as I owned vehicle. It stalled on 1 mile test ride, I was thankful I followed my gut or would have been stuck in middle of street in number to bumper traffic. Bottom line sales rep to lazy to offer to get gas and ensure I could actually drive and test the Lexus.

Dealership is horrible, We are from out of state and had to fill an online
credit application, the application affected my score so badly it dropped my
credit score by 42 points!! And to top it off no one ever tried getting ahold
of me again.. I try contacting the delearship about the status on my
application and "Rachel" always has some lame excuse! Like "ohh

moment well call within 1/2 hrs" well guess what, it's been almost 3 weeks
and NO ONE has time or interest in calling us back! Waste of my time &

I am very disappointed. I repeatedly inquired about an expensive used vehicle with an accident reported on it's Carfax. I simply wanted to know the nature of the damage: front end? side damage? rear bumper? flood? A buyer looking at spending 40k ought to be told. The agent refused to disclose other than "all their vehicles go through a thorough inspection." I can only conclude they were trying to hide something. Poor customer service regardless.

This dealer isn't straight forward. I went there July 31st, they kept
telling me how they would give me a great deal because it was the
end of the month and they needed to meet their quota. I let them
do their regular sales pitch. I wanted to see how would be their
bottom price on the Jeep Altitiude. I really wanted to buy it. The
lady that helped me Georgia then called a "sales manager" He also
told me the same script. (I'm a sales person myself) but I left them
do their thing. I told him I was interested on the Jeep and wanted to
know his bottom price. He said he was FIRM on $27,950, which is
a higher price than the one online!? Really they think people are the
stupid that they come in without doing their homework. I asked
twice " is that really your bottom price " He said "yes, i actually
have a buyer coming to pick it up tomorrow" (another psychological
sales pitch). I said oh ok. BYE! - Georgia called me after and I told
her - I wasnt interested in buying anymore. I just after all their greed
to make more money didn't get them anywhere, the car still for
sales while it could've been mine. - I won't go back in there or
recommend anyone to go there. They are not straight forward and
like to play mind games. (Forgot to mentioned that the car was
missing the fog lamp and they still didn't want to work on the price

I had to chase them for information and they played games trying to be non-committal about information and just get me to drive up there. I asked if they could waive their
dealer fee and they responded with cryptic answers that sounded like they would. When I asked them for a firm "yes", they offered only a partial fee reduction. All indicative
of their poor online reviews that state the dealership plays games to get people in the door and tries to add fees that were not discussed up front.

took them a long time to respond and they did not answer my direct
questions. Then they tell me the truck was not available. I felt like this
was a bate and switch scheme. Told me if I would like to check out other
vehicles they may have.

The best thing about internet based used car search engines is their rating systems. I did my homework and read all the relevant dealer reviews on this site and particularly paid attention to the negative ones. The warnings about Napleton North Lake Chrysler Jeep Dodge saved me 4 hours of driving and a wasted day. I contacted them through this web site and via direct email (I had to contact them multiple times as they never followed up). In all cases they were prompt to respond initially and the salesperson (and/or "internet manager") acted as if I was a preferred "VIP" customer. I told them that I was very interested in a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that they had for sale and that I could buy within 24 hours. I have a 2013 (low mileage/mint) Wrangler Unlimited to trade-in... a prized trade-in car for a Jeep dealership. In each case I asked them to give me a ball-park trade-in value (I emailed them my window sticker, mileage, etc.) and a summary of their dealer fees so that I could see the estimated net $ that I would have to contribute to close. Each time I was advised that they would get back to me in an hour or two. I either spoke to or emailed with Rachel (5 times), Andre and Marcus. It appears that they have no interest in working with a cash buyer, especially one that is aware of the games that they play. I even warned them two days ago via email that I was fed up with them not following up per their promises and that I would post a negative review. Still no response. I tried to give them zero stars but the system wouldn't take it.

Wasted my time. Knew I drove 3 hours to come to their dealership to backpedal on everything that was discussed prior to making the drive. Would recommend to shop else where to deal with more honest people.

The is the Napleton Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership on Northlake
Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Been there for years. Dealer was
very prompt in getting back to me. Test drove the vehicle the next day.
Great car. Then, the Dealer tried to add on more than $2,000 in fees and
an overpriced one-year service package. Save yourself time by making
Dealers disclose their "add-on's" AND whether or not the "add-on's" are
negotiable BEFORE visiting their lots. Lesson learned!

Very poor. Several fees from the dealership that come at the end of the
negotiation. Takes forever to get an answer. I finally walked away after 5
days of intermittent responses and needing to constantly go back to the
manager. VERY VERY BAD experience.

Very knowledgeable sales person, but the car was not for me.
First of all, this wasn't a '09 Touareg FSI. An FSI engine is entirely different
from the standard fuel injected V6 and would have been a huge plus.
The brakes were worn out, the tires were done as well. No possible discount,
instead I got asked "did you come here to bargain...?"
CAUTION : their internet prices are NOT what you will see when it is time to
sit down at all. Instead they add :
Theft protection ( a useless window etching. A McDonald's bumper sticker
would give you just as much protection. ) 400 BUCKS !!
Dealer fee. I thought a dealer makes money by selling a car, no ? A "fee"
instead for you........... 800 BUCKS !!
of course they also charge for title and this and that , it came to 11500. Oh,
and that's ONLY if you finance through them.
Both salesmen were not knowledgeable at all when it came to technical
details of the vehicle, so you'd have to do research yourself. Also, I found
some corrosion on the electrical wiring, although no faults were displayed on
the system monitor, this is something to look out for when shopping Florida
cars. All in all, a waste of time, I flew in for this.

I spoke to the "Internet" guy, the
sales manager? (Do we ever
know who we are speaking to?)
and got nothing but a run around.
The truck listed as being available
was not on the lot.
Saved a trip by calling ahead.
Speaking of head reminds me of
the term speaking to people who
had their head up their ...!

Thankfully I read the reviews prior to driving to the dealership. They
will not honor their internet prices. I asked for a written guarantee of
the advertised price before driving 65 miles to the dealership. They
would not do it. Is this not false advertising? Would not use them.

experience I've ever had! I left
my job early in Miami after
