Used Ford E-Series for Sale in Texas

Told me truck was available but moved it to another location before I arrived. Then said they would make there best offer on another truck, but then raised the price $6,000. Salesman was nice but management was untrustworthy.

They responded quickly. Unfortunately I already found another vehicle on another site but would contact them again if I need another vehicle.

They were nice over the phone. The car sold before I could get out there due to my own issues at home. I will look again.

Addi was very gracious and wonderful to work with. Even though I ultimately did not buy the vehicle it was not for lack of effort on his part. Addi did everything he said he would and did an excellent job trying to make me comfortable and secure with the purchase had I done so. Thank you again Addi.

The dealer was very helpful, had the car ready for test drive, provided car fax, and even accompanied me to the airport to drop off the rental so I could take my truck home.

Put an inquiry on this vehicle on cargurus and right after I got a call from fredy kia from a salesperson to give me information. They gave the me availability of the vehicle the car history and the different ways of financing! When I went in I was helped by Mr.Andrew and he was such a great help! He showed me this vehicle and also showed me the different options I had. For my first time buying a car they made it very easy and smooth! I was able to drive off with a Kia Forte!

Went down to the dealership and worked with Andrew, he was very helpful! I was finally able to get the car I always wanted. They have excellent costumer service they honestly exceeded my expectations. Definitely will go back in the future to purchase another vehicle.

Zero stars, worst dealer experience ever! Drove 1 hour to dealership, test drove vehicle , 2 hours later was informed by manager that truck was being sold to a woman who had been working on the purchase for 3 days. Would’ve been nice to have this info before wasting Christmas Eve . Sterling McCall Ford is terrible.

The customer service was great. When I drove the car multiple lights came on. The owner was will to work with me on correcting the issues but we no longer was interested.

I bought a car here and the check engine light came on as soon as I got home. They tried to take me for a fool and convince me that this was normal that all cars get the check engine light on.what a joke! Dishonest people!

The experience is not good. I found the radio is not work after I bought this truck same day. But the dealer said no warranty for this car , I need repair by myself.
