Great experience! Car was clean and ready. I purchased a great car at a fair price and it was easy. So easy in fact it’s worth the hour plus drive from metro Atlanta. Don’t accept all the games and delays associated with big city car dealers. Take a drive up I-85 and come home in a better vehicle.

The dealer hadn't posted pictures of the vehicle yet because it just came in. I called to ask questions about the color and condition of the vehicle and the dealer was very helpful and answered my questions.

Alright, don't seem like they want to work with you, like you need to buy a car from them, no comfort or welcome in talking to them. I made a cash offer on a car and they said no without a thought, then I offered money down and they said we don't take money down or do loans only cash ,I said and this is a dealership. I'm buying the exact same car somewhere else, for the price I wanted, there loss.

These guys a pretty straight forward. They were very helpful. Jack and Tonya treated me great and were very helpful in helping me decide on the right car.

I was an out of state buyer. I searched the web for the truck we wanted. In my opinion, the salesman, Joe, was awesome! He took extra pictures, videos before purchase and before the shipper picked up the truck. If we are in the market again, I will definitely reach out to Cleveland Auto Brokers again. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Dealer responded to my e-mail, but I had to ask a second time to get the actual information I needed.

They didn’t communicate at all was in my way to buy the truck I called as asked when I was 15-20 away so they could pull it @ only to be told they sold it.

Fairway Ford replied to my initial inquiry, but did not reply when I followed up.

They provided and excellent service. Danny was great to work with and I would do business with them again should I ever have to.

Nice truck but still overpriced

I was able to fill out my application online and Mike contacted me once I was approved. I came in and test drove 2 vehicles and left with an amazing car. Everyone was super nice and great to work with.

Asked me 3 different ways how they should contact me to never contact me call in waited 8 minutes the guy came back said he couldn’t find the keys he would call me back never called back so a bought new truck somewhere else

They told me this was a demo, therefore has more miles on it, than what's showed. We ended up with another vehicle all togeather.

They would not stand by the price listed on CarGurus. They said that CarGurus made a mistake. But then their own team sent me an email with the price and they still wouldn't stand behind it. They jacked the price up $2000 more dollars. And I have all the emails and texts to back everything up. BEWARE anyone that would deal with this dealership
